I have a basic 2 seater L200 pickup with a purpose built toolbox from the guys at Clitheroe. Eight years on and it still amazing can carry so much and has great weight carrying and ground clearance for Pennine tracks.
Just watch out because it's very easy to overload a van that is racked out. Consider the weight of the racking alone and all that superb organisation let's you get tones if gear in. I had an electrician pulled over and weighed van though we did both solar technologies so we had a lot of plumbing gear that tends to be heavy.
As a mom of a tradesman, I hope it’s only for the cameras that the plywood(?) was prepared and taken off the cutting table without the guys wearing masks. Their clothes look really clean, so it could be that this is the case. We all know those tiny particles are killers. Be careful lads.
Hope u got decent security, took all sign writing of my van, and any hint I was an electrical contractor. Because it’s not if you get broken into it’s when I’m afraid. Electrical vans are a magnet for these scum bags.and even if they don’t get in they will cause grands worth of damage trying.
Lol what an absolute waste of money, anyone can build simple racking for a Ford transit with false floor etc done all my vans myself and would never spend out on this

Sparks have the tidiest vans but always leave the most mess on site.
Absolutely love my Yoke racking - far better than the Sortimo
Fabulous
How to add 25% to your van’s weight before adding any tools. 😆
I have no racking, come Friday I can't find anything,Sunday mornings I have to empty it completely and stow it all in order

Don't worry, majority of the time they did wear glasses but appreciate the concern!

Big W carpentry 💪

Just get packout.
Vans over weight now once the tools and cables are put in the back and all the bins are full
Sortimo not good enough anymore?
Too expensive and not flexible enough for us
Looks a good bit of kit, very versatile. Do they glue and screw the joints or just screw ? Thanks
Very handy for all the tools the guys use, most of the time was just screw certain areas I believe did have some glue
@@artisanelectrics what glues can cope with the extremes inside a van?

...and how long did it take you? How long is each van off the road? "Time is money"!
@alanhat5252 you can rack a van to a decent standard in under 2 days No problem. That racking would have cost upwards of about 4k
@@r3co0 Try about 1200 mate, yoke vans stuff is really well priced.
