4 gym hacks to maximize muscle gains
Instead of performing behind the back bicep curls standing up. Do it seated on an incline bench to maximize biceps activation. Rather than performing facepulls standing up, do it kneeling on one knee to better activate the rear delts. Instead performing Tricep pushdowns standing up, do it lying prone on an incline bench to increase triceps activation. Rather than performing cable flyes standing up, do it kneeling to better isolate the chest.

Im a cleaner for crunch. We let you move some of the benches from one end to the gym to the other. Many of the trainers encourage it

its about stability we have,then focus most/all in muscle movement than holding straight standing 😊
Remember guys,since it having stability,isolation,you could do by lower weights than normal,more effective.. but regular or more weight may be rusk by over stressing body parts 😅
Slow & steady build.. not akways has to break limits or break yourself.. its about health than pose 😊
