The fight was epic. This miniseries is so fun and enjoyable specially when it comes to Volstagg. I think Oeming should always writes for gods. He's so good in it.

He's been acknowledged as Heracles by Ares ! But goes by Hercules in the comics.

The Greek gods were actually immortals though, where as the Asgardians were just powerful people that lived very long. Also, Hercules had his mortality purged. The son of the mortal went to Hades. He’s just the son of Zeus.
@Avingay Anfordstay I wouldn’t say that. They’re normally in the same tier when it comes to their physical stats. Hercules is a more skilled fighter though, so without Thor’s other powers he’d probably lose. With Mjolnir, he should win.

Well Hercules wasn't using any of his weapons or equipment or else he would of knocked out Thor 😂 His golden mace can damage anything his sword can cut threw anything his lion skin armour makes him take no damage his shield can defect any energy or physical attach and his helm of hades makes him invisible and unhitable 😂

Third, hercules is part of Mythology which means him and olympus and mythological aspects of reality which will be forever reborn as they are killed. Remember when Marvel used to make those animated movies? Like Hulk vs and Ultimate Avengers? Blood Oath would have been perfect for that.
Just makes it more impressive that Hulk has never lost to Hercules in hand to hand combat. In all their fights Hulks either won or they fought to a draw.
Actually not really. Hulks powers of getting stronger the angrier he gets makes Hercules wrestling style of fighting useless once hulk gets strong enough. Hercules would have a much easier time fighting hulk using a weapon like Thor or Wolverine.
