Fertility yoga can help with this by balancing our body's hormonal levels and working on our endocrine and reproductive systems through specially exercises. Relaxation and meditation exercises, which are an integral part of fertility yoga, reduce stress and anxiety.
    The third part of our fertility yoga series focuses on relaxation exercises and visualization. It helps with inducing mental well-being and getting rid of restlessness.
