- We dyno a cam only K24 EG Hatch from North Carolina on 91 Pump gas to see how much power we could squeeze out of it. The Hatch uses DC 002.2 camshafts, KTuned has 70mm TB, Skunk2 Alpha Header, and is tuned on a Hondata KPro. We fought every inch to make it happen now the customer can go home happy!

I really want to thank Humble Performance for everything they did. It was an amazing experience being able to take a road trip from NC over to Oklahoma. Nothing but love was shown, I could have gone anywhere I wanted but I pursued to go with a respected tuner I've watched since the beginning of your videos. My expectations were succeeded and more. Might have to drop in for a tune as well with my Accord. It's a CG5 with an F23A1 on basic bolt ons (intake, header, exhaust) and I'll be coming from NC like these guys. If they can do it, why not me? Plus Kenny seems like a cool guy lol.

Yes i did... So i apologise if it was mentioned if its wheel hp or flywheel.. im from South Africa and here almost all our dynos are set for flywheel.. and we work in kw and nm instead .. so i am just trying to compare my dyno graph to other K20s to see if i am on the right path.
43 exhaust 52 intake and 2 back bolts 39 with 16 across the top with center bolt snug.

I recently put a stock k20a2 engine harness new hr conversion harness and 50 degree vtc in my k24a2 2001 Integra now it doesn’t go into VTEC smoothly its really choppy preciously had a tune for the 25 degree vtc it also runs a bit rich now what ca I do to fix this I’d be willing to pay for a tune or what ever I need to fix my car thanks 🙏

Is that wheel hp numbers?? My wifes 2016 crv with a k24 in it honda says 189hp with 186torque. Can it make more with just a tune and how much? I know there is alot of hidden power in the ecu. Well there was on my 99 accord..after i tuned it with crome and a p28 ecu with conversion harness the accord would spin in 2nd when vtec hit.. im just wondering if that much is hiding in these newer ecus. The 2.3l was a tractor haha...but my 02 rsx type s had zero bottom...that was all top end. Id be looking for more all over with the crv😊

Humble Performance just wondering if y’all have heard of anyone trying to swap a K24 into a 1993 Foxbody. Been really thinking about doing something different. I know a lot of people will hate this idea but that’s why I’ve been really thinking about it.

How much of a difference would a k20z3 head have over the 24? I have a k20z3 in my Integra right now and I plan to switch over to a k24a2 with the same mods as the hatch in your video. Just wondering if the gains of switching the Z3 head over to the k24 would be worth opening up the motor.
Couple h.p but definitely worth going with a 24 bottom and then you dont have to buy a full long block just need a bottom end. Go with the dc 3.2 cams one stage up from what there running in this video

What's max cam angle used here will 50 degrees not cause p2v contact as k24 has such little valve relief stock pistons keen to know as I'm doing a k24 at the moment and want to use the 50 but keep being told to use the 40 even by drag cartel they told me 40degree
I don’t think people run it all the way to 50. I think max torque is like 38 degrees through the mid range then down to like 20 at redline but every engine is different this is why the dyno is so important. Some people may find power in the higher numbers but setup matters a lot. Basically as far as I understand it. The goal is to make the car have as much positive air pressure in the intake manifold as possible. More pressure on an NA engine. More power. You can see like 1-3 psi positive pressure or more in a nice set up NA build.
I feel with those cams open header would give it some more high end
Open header is great if you want to go deaf in a street car.

Abel Trevino what no not at all. At least 275whp. You need the 146 head from 4p to make 300whp on a stock K24 short block
On e85 it would make 260 max

Am I the only one that saw the torque go down? 232.66 at 10:53 vs like 190 at the end. Not here to nitpick but wouldn’t it be a more usable tune with the 2hp loss and over 30 more tk?
