The saddest thing to me is that when Tammy does pass on, I think Amy is still going to blame herself and ask âwhat could I have doneâ when that woman did everything but sever the fat off Tammy herself. This ENTIRE series, Tammy has made it Amyâs fault and I feel that there will be grave consequences toward Amyâs mental health when Tammy passes if Amy canât separate herself from Tammy (which I totally get is so much easier said than done, but man, does my heart go out to Amy and the rest of their family.

Amy genuinely seems so kind and clearly she wants what is best for her sister. I imagine it is pretty difficult to stand by and watch as someone you love slowly deteriorates before your eyes, and still Amy puts herself and her familys wellbeing first and I think that is pretty commendable because there are definetly people out there that would instead choose to enable Tammy by basically choosing her needs over their own. I wonder which one of them is older.
I hope Tammy does not die soon. She's our orbit to our earth, she helps our planet stay in one spot.

as someone who was depressed and also smokes, I can understand why she'd still smoke/vape at that point.
As someone with a nicotine addiction it is incredibly hard to stop, but she should have every ounce of motivation to quit given her situation
Honestly, Tammy is starting to act suicidal. She's very aware of the fact that her life is about to end but responds with drinking and partying. She needs to see a therapist.

The first thing i noticed when i lost 75lbs was how much easier literally every physical thing became. Even sitting down became more comfortable. I didn't have to be in a specific position in order to fall asleep at night, or worry about anyone noticing how out of breath i was for doing nothing but walking up 2 flights of stairs.
Being overweight is straight up an embarrassment you carry with you 24 hours a day.
She is an AMAZING role-model for what to not be! âïžđ

They have such fun personalities but the hardest and most frustrating thing is seeing someone go down the drain for the sake of entertainment and fame. Tammy 100% needs some sort of rehab without cameras. I genuinely think that's the only thing that could help her but she wouldn't do that willingly. I hope she realizes the people she lets feed her that bad behavior only see her as an object of entertainment and a ticket to relevancy

In my experience binge eating is not fun. I ate an entire month worth of groceries in 2 weeks then starved myself for 3 days until I got paid

As someone with borderline, this is an ignorant comment. A lot of people without mental illness have abandonment issues and a lot of other mental illnesses cause that. Thereâs a lot more that goes into a BPD diagnosis and keyboard warriors have no business diagnosing people.

It's as if she's having a mid-life crisis whilst wanting to lose pounds.
It takes hard work and dedication to live a healthy lifestyle. Tammy is not motivated. The more she puts it off, the harder it will be for her to get in shape. She needs to heal from whatever trauma has been plaguing her, so she can be motivated to put in the work.
She never cared about losing the weight, otherwise she would have lost at least some imo. Sheâs had a ton of help and support and basically zero results.
I get the feeling itâs basically like trying to argue with a toddler to try to get them to do something and everyone around her is probably tired of it. I know people like Tammy and they wonât do anything to fix their situation, but they will complain about, make excuses for, or blame literally anyone else for said situation. I dont know if someone else has commented on this yet, but when you asked if she was disabled, I think so yes. My grandmother is obese, not as big as Tammy though, and she has the disabled license plates, plaques, etc. She can barely walk; not even to the bathroom. Long story short, I think Tammy may be considered disabled because of her weight, and perhaps because of other health issues she has. I may be wrong however, since I am speaking from personal experience. If anybody has any corrections on this, please do fix what I have said. I am curious of other people's perspectives and facts

She is not able to do most things an abled person is able to. Iâm not sure how heavy she has to be to qualify in her state, or if they count extreme obesity as a disability, but if there is a limit, Iâm sure there isnât a question whether or not she is heavy enough.
