Watched a video a teen took of his dads physical abuse. When dad was confronted by cops, he actually defended it by saying he didnât do it intent to harm. After he denied everything, not knowing there was a video. Even his two younger kids defended the dad, one having also been hit by him in said video.
No one wouldâve believed the teen if there wasnât a video.

They can still attempt to sue for defamation. That's why lots of CZcamsrs will say "allegedly" to cover themselves from lawyers coming after them. I watched Quinton's extremely long and in depth video about Dan, and he was very careful with his wording as to not get sued. Doesn't mean a lawyer still won't try to go after him anyways. But A lot of times, CZcamsrs will just delete the video if they do get threatened by a lawsuit, because they don't want to deal with having to hire a lawyer and etc. So it's easiest to just delete the video and move on with their lives, even if the CZcamsr was in the right and protected by free speech.
