Predator catching on CZcams is gross. If you're communicating with law enforcement it's great but it seems like most of them are letting the predators walk free and making them more paranoid of law enforcement for views. It doesn't stop them from being predators, it just makes them less likely to get caught.
In this instance heâs gotten a few arrested, important to give him his flowers. On one side ur right, on the other they wouldnât have been caught atp anyways, so embarrassing n outing them is a W tbh.

Not a lawyer, but no you canât do that. Technically what these guys are doing can be classified as blackmail and some form of kidnapping. You canât restrict another personâs movement against their will or at the threat of consequences, even if you suspect them of a serious crime. Recording and uploading it without police cooperation is insane.

Everything else they said is valid, ONLY IF you hand over all devices used, all passwords to all social media accounts, and everyone involved agrees to be interviewed under oath and be willing to testify in court.
But if you attempt to meet them in person for the purpose of collecting evidence, it nullifies everything because it violates their constitutional rights, making it then impossible to have a conviction. So it would be a total waste of time and theyâd just go free anyway, because you cannot entrap, and you cannot act as or pretend to be an agent or officer of the law. To act as a law enforcer, which is exactly what this, is just as illegal as using a fake light to pull people over.
You cannot obtain evidence by pretending to be law enforcement and do law enforcementâs job. And you would not want to live in a world/society that allowed that.
