And as soon as I unpaused and kept watching, I got to the part where he complains about his dad getting the wrong order and it makes me feel so bad for the dad. This guy and many obese people have a real addiction, I personally have dealt with addiction before and its so hard. It's not so easy as many think, you cannot just stop, there is something in your mind that tries to stop you from getting help. His dad isn't helping him by bringing fast food although of course there is still responsibility on his sons as well. Food addiction must be so hard since you need to eat to live.
Yea, I remember when one of the most iconic r&b/soul singers struggled with food addiction, it seems terrible, often times people who get addicted to food and lose that addiction once will go back to it due to stress or will be enabled by someone else
@@froag1020 If I recall correctly Elvis always ate 3 steaks and ate heavy meals but everyone should try and be careful of what they eat, personally I use to eat heavy meals but lately I am able to eat small and reasonable meals
Thing is: of course you always wanna eat BUT even if you want to, you can still decide what you want to eat. And that decision can safe a lot of weight. For example: My dad had a real big overweight problem. But after a time he decided to only eat between 11am until 6pm. So he only had 7 hours to eat but just making sure that he can only eat within these hours made him like really REALLY slim. Now heâs getting close to me with his slimness and still uses the same technique
I am happy for your father, as long as he doesnât push it too far, and Iâm happy that he had the will power to do that, and some people donât, a lot of the time these people have enablers. Just because something worked for your dad( deadass kudos to him) doesnât mean itâs gonna work for everyone.
