🔥 FIRE QUOTES FROM DR. RENA MALIK 🔥
“[We think] Men are always going to orgasm, they're always having pleasure, but it's not actually true. And so the studies will vary from a third of men to a quarter of men have faked an orgasm at some point."
"So if you look back to history, masturbation was considered very negatively. And in fact, you could be persecuted for masturbating… because they thought it was so bad and it was so sinful to masturbate."
"Everyone, man or woman, will have three to four erectile episodes in their sleep. So you will get an engorged clitoris three or four times at night, and men will get an engorged penis or an erection three or four times at night."
“You're going to orgasm sometimes. You may not. That's okay. It's not the end of the world. Yes, we want to orgasm every time, but the point is pleasure, right? Enjoy the journey. Don't just hurry up to get to the destination.”
“Sexual health is health.”

Thanks for having me on! Was a blast!
Always love listening to you and learning from you ,because your so knowledgeable.❤
You ddin't fake the blast, did you? ;-)
I'm in a new relationship, I am noticing he is shy, a lack of experience, and because it's new he has desire but he's afraid to make his prior mistakes in life. So I'm letting him talk, experience, and also letting him know my feelings for him. That is helping in our intimacy and love flow. Also letting him know he is not going to disappoint me, and creating a safe space with no judgement. Being expressive in inviting communication.
yup.. as a guy, I have faked it, more than a few times... she appreciated it was over... some things shouldn't take hours... no matter how cool it sounds, it just needs to end before it's over...
I'm glad communication was brought up. We all know how important communication is. Another thing that is important is understanding.
Nope. Actually, genuinely listening. Communication is just women talking AT men.
Dr Rena Malik is absolutely the best. Great info!
When we as women learn to please ourselves, that will no longer be a situation in the relationship, what really doesn't work is a man not being a provider, protector, supportive and broke is out of the question, next and let's go! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
When women learn to please themselves they can teach the man instead of staying quiet
@zero1188 BINGO!!!!!! Neither men nor women are mind readers. Both are to communicate what they like and if they don't they are robbing themselves of being pleasured from that person. Also self pleasuring can't replace the intimacy a person can get with their lover.
Many men are excellent lovers because they already know how to bring a woman to orgasm and many women are successful and would rather have a lover than someone to protect or provide for them. .
That’s just called not being healthy yourself to attract healthy men
Also your vibrators are giving you more testosterone so…. No “god didn’t intend you to pleasure yourself”

This is so informative. I have learnt so much !
This entire video is ultimately top-notch, and the best one I have seen with regards to this topic. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am going to share this on my social media because I think it’s pertinent to men and women. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ love love love this segment
I love this episode! Its sooo informative.
Maybe people should teach people how to please them instead of being quiet about it
Many people are shy and have many hang-ups...it usually happens in a longer relationship.
grammar
useful in life
In longer relationships, they will. You just have to be able to sustain it longer... so to speak.
many women may not had experienced alot of sex or not had a serious committed relationship, so they will, be shy & quiet not knowing what they want.
Dr Rena I’m so smart as I listen to her Utube chats . Great interview
We've also been under significantly more stressed with life in general which is a "mood" killer. ABSOLUTELY, like the socks and being uncomfortable. I think there's a mind-body connection to be able to climax. These are just my thoughts -- not a reference I'm aware of for this problem.
I've ALSO found that for WOMEN, at least ME, taking an allergy medication that dries up the gunk in the head ....... it dries out EVERY mucous membrane, including below the belt!
Oh, this became a topic later in the podcast. Well, I'm glad it's being discussed!
My mind wanders when I'm stressed, or I don't want to be touched at all sometimes.
Oh, thanks for this. I never thought about allergy medication. That makes huge sense. And socks? Great idea. Cold feet...no pun intended. Wow!
@@hilaryglasser2475 You're most welcome! It's something I learned over time, figuring out why I was so dry even though I was aroused. I guess I learned the hard way .... LOL! The socks, yes! Allergy medication will dry you out BIG TIME so definitely keep lube on hand ;) Glad it helped you! Cheers!
Sex starts in the brain ... mental conditioning can be a game changer.
100% working on you is not selfish. You are worthy of selfcare and then you are able to care for everyone else
Dr Rena M is always looking beautiful.
This kind of talks should be on SexEd it's so sad we think about ourselves so highly advanced but we cannot openly talk to each other
thanks @renamalikmd for sharing in this episode. Pelvic Floor Therapy can be very helpful in treating many of the conditions you mentioned in the episode. Please let them know that there is help with Pelvic Floor therapy. Great show. So glad you shared all of this great info.
Fascinating! My new partner and I just went 8 minutes. Weird! I lost my husband and he lost his wife but this is strange. 🤷🏻♀️
I know exactly about retrograde ejaculation in my dude he said the sensation is there but nothing comes out I was wondering why it never was a mess afterwards but he opened up to me he didn't know the term for it I looked it up and told him about it he is diabetic as well.
Wealth of information. Great refresher too! There needs to be more of this open and honest conversation about all of these aspects of sex. Knowledge is power… and communication all the way around makes for better, more satisfying sex and healthier relationships as well. Thank you! 🙏🏻👍🏻
" are you in "
Let's just take the time to appreciate Lisa's hairstyle.
Thanks for this information
I am amazed that women expect men to automatically understand what they want. Let’s be honest, men are far more simple while every woman is very different. Meanwhile, so many women seem unable to communicate their sexual desires, even the most basic things.
One of my first girlfriends was bisexual and is now in a committed lesbian relationship. Not to assume all lesbians are this open, but she is the only woman I ever dated who was really communicative (and we were in our teens!). The woman I later married used to remind me to thank that earlier girlfriend for the knowledge she gave me.😊
many women are inexperienced & have not learned what they want or works for them. Takes time to learn what your body responds best to. Women that comes across knowing sex well can comes across as been around which men can feel look down on.
Omg I started eating an apple a day about six months ago😂😂
47:37 Also, cavemen needed to procreate in the morning because they might not make it back after hunting big deadly creatures. LISA - I sent this to friends telling them about the second guest and her health info. They thought they got the wrong link because your title only has your first guest’s topic in the title and doesn’t even show a second guest and topic. Is there a way to get both in the title? I guess they used the title that gets the most clicks (I get it, I have a channel). Just curious. Your second guests would probably appreciate being included in the title as well. Keep up the great work!
Is it in yet?
Lots of women are using vinegar and other things that throws off the ph balance.
Also the part she briefly touched on about masterbation negativity left effecting their daily life.
Lisa, made me laugh! The stitch. Lisa, is really making me laugh. The way, she said, "Loose virginal, pop, pop cherry" Other expression is, pluck cherry. Some of us are tighted nature!
I heard about the Stitch. That one, is old fashioned, and in some other Countries. They called it the husband stitch. As guest, said stitch, is not good. However, the woman, do the stitch for herself as well. Yes, back in the day, the stitch, sometimes keeps husband interested. They may just have a different name for it these days!
Yes, but the clit, is a tiny skin!
Proper washing includes underneath the hood. Mothers, usually taught their girls how to wash throughly. My mother, would say wash that area first when you take a bath.
True! We talk about stuff like that. Especially, our periods. This is how we connect.
Mound of Venus, cherry, pet the puddy, butter bean, boy in the boat, happy button, devils doorbell .😮
I always thought ingesting more semen as "more protein" ROFL! It's only approx a teaspoon in amount that comes out in one full ejaculation. I really don't know why discussing sex amongst adults is still so taboo. We talk about other things that are healthy or unhealthy for our bodies and this is no different in discussing. It's seriously important and infomative to know some of the things we may not have heard before which can diffuse some "problems" we wouldn't otherwise have known, just like the ejaculation that can go back into the bladder instead of coming out after a surgery or other reason this may be happening (just as one example).
Lack of understanding women sex?! The internet is full of it!
Do not weight to get educated, educate yourself that’s not hard.
Why aren’t people more curious and don’t listen more to their partner. Sex is most intimate act so listen to each other without judgement and talk!!
What is so difficult about it!
I’ve often had that i told a guy what I needed and he looked at me like I was weird or an alien? And we are in our late 40’s
Sad, there should be better sex ed
@13:45 I'm glad the good doctor called out the choreplay BS.
33:35 - 40:38
Bit embarrassing question, throwing it out there maybe someone has great tips. Kinda tight down there, so pain, light bleeding/spotting after sex, any good recommendation for remedy other than lubricant? Still pain and light bleed after trying lube. Also any pointer to heal faster after this kind of bleeding?
Talk with your gynecologist.
talk with a ob/gyn and ask about/talk with a Pelvic floor therapist. You may have a tight pelvic floor

Thanks for suggestion! Googled tight pelvic floor online. That search term gives good direction to further explore@@dtptwellness
Google Vaginismus.
Seinfeld fans are thinking of Kramer right now😂 men fake?!
😂😂😂😂
I have watched that episode literally 😂😂😂
If she didn't work for 15 years. Why did she ignore me and expect me to be someone I am not.
@@janetgdpeople pick someone that they like, instead of picking someone who likes them . that why most relationships don't work out and it's just a matter of time before they become single again ...if you pick from the group that likes you ,..your odds of finding love and a lasting relationship increases ten fold ...but people are just stupid in that department.
Don't give up on love. When you find the right one, just be sure your affection is reciprocated.

fluffy long socks are sexy 😂
I'm in a new relationship . he is $4,700 MI away from me what is this normal
part of that didn't come through he makes me wet is that normal that far away
I loved both interviews. i do wish you would have put them in 2 different videos. I would love to send the food into to some young people. The sex part of the video makes it so I can't do that.
Can we have the conversation about the role of porn in ed
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Maybe ppl should realize that's not the point
❤
My narcissistic boyfriend uses sex as a weapon against me,he decides when we can have sex and when not,and if he is not happy with anything we will not have sex for months on end😮,and he tells me that if I did what he asked me to then he would have sex with me again ,I am so upset ...😢
And YOU are allowing him to continue to be your boyfriend!!!! He's not disrespecting you YOU are disrespecting yourself.
@@constancereynolds3110 agreed. LEAVE him alone girl!! don't you want to start finally living your life??
What do you fear? This situation is challenging you to look at yourself.
I was seeing a man for over a year who started doing the same thing after 6 months or so after seeing him. He knew how much I loved sex and the more that the weeks went by the more that he pretty much refused it.
Get away from that jerk! If you do everything he asks exactly like how he asks for it, he will just find another reason to be upset.
Actually no, chastity belts were essentially memes, they were a joke and there isn't historical evidence that they existed
Another reason could be the sex is absolutely trash. Always a possibility.
Never addressing same sex relationships
That is true. Most studies focus on heterosexual couples.
Maybe there is another channel for that with people who are more experienced with discussions on a subject that they are not experienced with?
But socks are not sexy... 🤔
I enjoy music and dancing 💃 🕺 but my husband prefers to watch MMA. Then our animal spirits come together
