How to Make Welsh Cakes - SECRET FAMILY RECIPE

I'm stepping out of the Tinkerage today and into the kitchen to show you how I make Welshcakes so apologies for the echoy audio at times but it's a small kitchen with many hard surfaces.
This is a generations old, secret, family recipe so don't share it with anyone else! ;)

Like any traditional recipe there are many variations on this. I think these are good. Ask anyone who tried them at Makers Central 2019.

Ahhh so that’s the recipe - not secret anymore. You’ve got us all hooked on them! I have that little poem on a magnetic slate on my fridge door! It is so true. You have to be Welsh to truly appreciate it 😍🌲🦊🌲
