- Listen and learn! This is the first of three traditional tunes as heard in 'that scene' in the film, Titanic, when Jack and Rose join an Irish party in 3rd class. This tune is called 'The Blarney Pilgrim' which is a traditional folk tune, which I'm breaking down to help you find the notes. Once you've got the notes, try and play along to the full tune to pick up embellishments by ear - that's largely how I learned!

The fact that this video has A class editing and this dude only has 61 subs is depressing
Quality! How about part 2, John Ryan’s Polka?
When the beat drops @ 5:50, you’re very talented young man. I could listen to this all day
Well done! Thank you for breaking it down and then playing at dancing speed! And, I love your costume, too.
Thank you. This was just what I was looking for!

Part 2 ???
Super man
Thank you! You’ve brought music back in my life.
Whenever i try to play fast, i always end up cutting some of the notes a bit short because there doesn't seem time to fit them in and then the tune loses it's flow and sounds rushed. This happens especially where there are string crossings, do you have any tips on how i can work on this? ☺
Bonjour, c'est '' the kesh '' jig?
Come on then!
So you want to go to a real party?
I don't know the steps, neither do I just go with the flow!
👏👏👏👏👍👍🫶🫶✌️❤️
Your channel started out great and then you stopped. Hope you’re ok man
Your jack Dawson
