I love how simple Rose is in this scene. She is a rich girl, but she does not connect with the first class. She feels more free and livelier with the third class. And she was willing to leave her first class and rich life to live a simpler one with Jack

I love Rose's change in demeaner the more she's with Jack. When she first got on the ship she barely smiled (obviously from obligation to act a certain way in front of Cal and her mother) but the more she was with Jack the more she loosened up and began acting more like herself and just having fun. Even the tone of her voice changes as the film goes on until. Jack really did save her in every way possible.
Adorable to see Jack dancing with a little girl he would’ve made an amazing father.
In real life, Alexandra Owens, the actress who played her said that Leo was such a sweetheart who treated her nicely when they were filming this movie.

Let the rich people go under where they are right now see how much fun they would have then. Honestly people just need to walk in those people’s shoes. So they treat poor people horrible they need to spend 2-3 days and nights in homeless shelters see how it feels.

It wasn't so much the crew members that treated them poorly. It was mainly the snobbish first class people who did. Heck! The wealthy folks even mistreated people from their OWN class like crap. (Ruth and her friends not wanting to be around Molly at first).
