This guy was the funniest 80s comic that nobody knows about or talks about anymore. Sad he died so young.

I remember this routine of his. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was taped at Igby's in West Los Angeles. I used to go there back in the 80s. I may have even seen him there.

Dennis was the definition of a killer act, he rocked rooms, but died way to young

This reminds me of my junior high school experiences. If only Dennis could have lived longer, we might all be more sane.

I'm so glad you appreciate him. Back in the day of televised comedy clubs, he was a rare find.
I loved how he made fun of himself, while still exhibiting an intellect above most of the audience. he would make fun of his eye oddity by saying he was the new poster child for the "Coffee Generation."
Unique in a world of yadda yadda comedians.

Very much like Red Skelton (even with the redhair) just had a clean show, His comedy was based on life experiences. Had forgotten his name until I Googled Jewish comedians from the 80's who had died. One of my favorites, too bad video was not clearer, but that you have it at all is a treasure. Thanks for posting!!!

In the schematic of IQ below 100, moron/idiot/imbecile scientifically refer to IQ ranges.
      Idiot: IQ range 0-25
      Imbecile: IQ range 26-50
      Moron: IQ range 51-75
Yes, society uses these terms in perjotative street talk. Duh. Yet they do have a scientific basis to classify the IQ of the lower spectrum.
