People want to drink coffee in the morning in order to stimulate themselves and to get quasi energy instead of creating lifestyle and life that will wake them up energized and motivated everyday, coffee will not solve problems with energy it only blocks fatigue which makes ilussion of energy I think :D
What I can say though is that I agree that caffeine does amplify your current state . I just know for me personally when I was feeling tired I would take caffeine feel great and up and then a few hours later I would feel anxious and fatigued . So for me that’s what would happen . Now if I was stressed and had caffeine boy would it make me feel so bad ! Great video though my friend
Thank you! Would you say there is a possibility you were not perfectly calm (non-anxious) before taking caffeine and then after drinking caffeine it just got amplified?
@@loweffortedward absolutely. I think it just makes what’s there bigger
@@iamthefiremanjj I see. Is that something that is bothering you right now and you are trying to resolve?
This is not entirely true to be honest with you. Doesn’t apply to everyone
