Its amazing how this drink is everywhere and socially the norm. Just another example of society keeping us sick amd drugged up. The body can produce energy in a very more natural way
stress in a cup
Drug in a Mug ☕️
I was a coffe, energy drink and pre workout fanatic. I'm four days clean now and the withdrawls are unreal. My eyes were twitching the first two days it was scary.
Be strong! I'm proud of your progress!
It’s crazy how almost the entire western world is addicted to something
True. And that's a great subject for the video! Thanks! :)
That's not true at all. You want to talk caffeine addiction, tea addiction is far more out of control than coffee, and it is drank in large quantities in countries such as China, Japan, India, Thailand, Great Britain, and the entire Middle Eastern countries. And the highest coffee drinking countries as of 2022 per capita are Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Canada, in that order. And the U.S. is actually one of the lowest rate of coffee drinkers in the world.
@@darkorse9752 doesn't western world include Europe
Eventually you might get to the point where coffee makes you sick and then you have to quit There's something wrong with the coffee that's for sure....
I had a cold shower this morning. It was so invigorating I got out and laughed and then I felt a nice steady enegry. Not anxiety, but good fuel.
Keep it up man! Energy comes from being strong then healthy then happy.
Coffe(caffeine) is a stress and anxiety booster...
I'm still going strong 💪
Never going back!
Keep it up, champ!
Watching this while drinking my cup 😊
I hope it's a good one ☺
Very smart
Too much back ground traffic noise, Your Killing Us!!!!!

lol💀🤣
I think what you're trying to say (albeit a little naive) is that people should be considerate with how much caffeine they drink per week and keep everything in a healthy moderation. Other than that, caffeine consumption in both coffee and tea is one of the most highly researched foods in the world and they both promote plenty of anti-stress related benefits that help fight off cancers and diseases.
Pretty much.
What about black or green tea?
Anything that contains caffeine.
Yessir, I'm glad you pointed out that it's all caffeine. People continue drinking tea and wonder why they still have issues
What about it. Get more rest.
Maybe I'll think about cutting back on coffee in my next life.
Luckily we have 9 of them :P
Coffee made me hallucinate.
Oh wow! That's new!
@@loweffortedward , Coffee can cause digest ive issues. You drink more than 4 cups of coffee a day. It will cause the following effects to the body:
Headache.
Insomnia.
Nervousness.
Irritability.
Frequent urination or inability to control urination.
Fast heartbeat.
Muscle tremors.
did someone here had adnormal bowel movements
Abnormal meaning faster? That's what caffeine does. Speeds up metabolism.
Just remember not to drink 10 cups a day. This video is an example of a CZcamsr exaggerating a mild problem for the sake of making a fuss. People's individual responsibility should take care of the problem in nearly all cases. We do have to allow people to take SOME risks themselves.
Thank you! Your feedback is much appreciated!
@@loweffortedward You're welcome. Will it make any difference to your future behaviour in your videos?
It seems like he is striking a nerve with your addiction. Classic agitation of a coffee addict.
@@BB-rs2ib Nope, dope.
You're NUTS.
You should step back and get all the real facts , Coffee ☕️ has a lot of health benefits and actually protects the body .
Thank you for your contribution!
I don’t mean to be rude but please go into the studies
@Jerzy Roginski Jr I do not mind you being rude that's your incorrect opinion about coffee .
It creates dependence, that alone is a big problem. Also bad effects for the hormonal system, stomach, reflux, adrenals (creates a state of stress in the body), sleep quality, risk of osteoporosis at higher age as it depletes minerals.
@melian High levels of Antioxidants which help fight free radicals which can protect us from cell damage cancers and prevent our ageing process .
Reach in Norway and Finland have found around 64% of all Antioxidants in our diets come from fruit and vegetables plus coffee ☕️ and it reducers our risk of Type 2 Diabetes . Coffee ☕️ is excellent 👌.
Economic effective communication would have delivered this message in less than 5 minutes.
Saying coffee is bad for you generalizes far too much. Good Reg Ag farmed organic coffee is great for health and well proven. Over 19,000 studies and counting. Its also great for the planet as it sequesters carbon if farmed properly. Don't quit coffee just quit bad coffee. The side effects in the comments come from poorly farmed and roasted coffee.
Caffeine is also the issue. Caffeine puts the body into fight or flight mode, which is our survival mode. Everytime you consume caffeine you keep yourself in that stress response, which over years and decades will absolutely batter your adrenals, and start to break down your body, causing all sorts of health problems. Countless evidence out there that can match the 19,000 studies you quoted. It's just the caffeine apologists do a far better job of promoting the supposed health benefits of caffeine, than the people who report the hazards of caffeine, as it is a billion dollar industry after all. Money is more important than peoples health, so you can bet your ass caffeine is good for you, much like smoking was pre 1960. Look what happened there!
Caffeine w its 12hr half life crushes REM sleep. " Organic v conventional " is not the problem here...
Bru, put on your running shoes and get to the point. I'm ageing.
Thank you, sir! Your feedback is much appreciated!
@@loweffortedward I have to agree on this, good video otherwise keep spreading truth.
I just like to use nootropics sometimes . Like for days to focus piracetam, days I wanna vibe out and chill Phenibut . Days to go out and socialize a little Kratom . All not self destructive. 95% of the time I eat an animal based diet with fruit and 5% I cheat on whatever I want every now and then . For energy I stopped over training . I do two full body intense workouts per week and the rest of the time I do walking . I don’t over work run a business that requires 15 hours a week and trade crypto .
Supplements :
Creatine
Omega3
Grass fed organs
Diet:
Paleo focused on
Meat, eggs, butter, fish
Fruits
Honey
1-2% veggies
Sobriety and psychotherapy
Work days:
1,200 mg piracetam
Social days Kratom
Relaxing days Phenibut
Super simple sustainable etc , for caffeine maybe once a week as a pre workout for a crazy ass workout out . If you train 2 times a week and only use stimulants those two days , you’ll never have issues it’s all about balance .
That's a smart man. People will benefit if you share more about the nootropics you are taking.
nonsense utterly a waste of time.
