Extremely interesting when you consider that my blood vessels clam up when I have even 1 cup of coffee that is caffeinated. In fact when I tried this I had an increase from 138/90 to 170/110
Same here, it’s genetics 🧬 my 23 and me told me I was sensitive to caffeine and I am, my dads said he’s not and he’s not, my moms genetic tests said she’s sensitive to caffeine and she is
Fascinating, I think a good way to get a broader view of the effects would be to have a control group who does not use caffeine at all and measure their results as well.
I was always a heavy coffee drinker 2/3 cups of heavy Turkish or Arabic coffee as soon as I wake up 2 more in the evening along with cigarette and usually I do my exercise in the morning I kept this going for three years then I started getting arrhythmia during or after exercise until I stopped my exercise cos I was so scared didn't know why I was getting it and I was getting nervous during an exciting speech too.until it occurred to me to stop drinking coffee for 4 days and I kept smoking light cigarette and when I went back to my exercise I was so glad that the arrhythmia didn't occur I was just getting a normal heart rush from my physical exercise thus I stopped drinking coffee that black poison ever since.
Caffeine can also affect the conduction system of the heart. With its overdose, you might get a ventricular ectopic or two. But if you have an underlying heart disease, the risk of causing arrhythmia is higher than a normal person. It happened to me once when I had chest pain and palpitations following ingestion of 3 bottles of Lipodrinks,1 cup of tea and 1 cup of coffee. Thought I can handle that. Wait I didn’t die that day lol.
Being a recovering methamphetamine user, the effects of caffeine have unusual behaviors on me if I have about 4 cups. My heart pulse will rise and then I get whiplash in my head as if to endure a hot flash. As it's a stimulant possibly triggering what the methamphetamine drug used to do?
Caffeine at rest increases NO???? According to Dr. Shiva his test showed the opposite. My personal experience was that while consuming coffee my BP increased which would infer reduced NO and therefore Dr. Shiva's analysis.
Can someone explain to me if blood flow is restricted to the brain, how does critical thinking and processing improve? Also does anyone know what could help withdrawal effects of caffeine cessation?
Activates central nervous system adrenaline = enhanced mental acuity. To detox from caffeine use a combination of caffeinated and decaffeinated beans, gradually increasing the ratio of decaf and decreasing caffeinated. You could, simply, cut down the number of the cups of coffee in your daily routine, gradually. Stopping suddenly could cause headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and, even, depression. Also, watch the ‘’neuropharmacologic effects of caffeine exposure’’ video.

Coffee havocks our mind & body.
I have always been able to fall into a deep sleep after drinking coffee.

“Delitation” is killing me. It’s DI-LA-TION (according to his slides). The words aren’t exactly interchangeable.

So the supplement companies who sell pre workout supplements with 200-300mg caffeine ( marketed as pump enhancer) have no clue.

40% blood reduction to the brain, massive loss of NO. Abc news did the coverage, they showed a MRI xray

Yes the headaches mean blood is flowing properly to the brain. Caffeine tightens all blood vessels
For me it disrupts my thinking. I cant finsh tough chains. Ive started to hate caffine.
Well. If someone drinks 300 milligrams of caffeine it can have an opposite effect and instead of improving blood flow it can do harm
Ok, so I am a cyclist. If I cut coffee from my diet, would it help my vascular system better dilate and improve my cycling times?
