Extremely interesting when you consider that my blood vessels clam up when I have even 1 cup of coffee that is caffeinated. In fact when I tried this I had an increase from 138/90 to 170/110

Fascinating, I think a good way to get a broader view of the effects would be to have a control group who does not use caffeine at all and measure their results as well.

I was always a heavy coffee drinker 2/3 cups of heavy Turkish or Arabic coffee as soon as I wake up 2 more in the evening along with cigarette and usually I do my exercise in the morning I kept this going for three years then I started getting arrhythmia during or after exercise until I stopped my exercise cos I was so scared didn't know why I was getting it and I was getting nervous during an exciting speech too.until it occurred to me to stop drinking coffee for 4 days and I kept smoking light cigarette and when I went back to my exercise I was so glad that the arrhythmia didn't occur I was just getting a normal heart rush from my physical exercise thus I stopped drinking coffee that black poison ever since.

Caffeine can also affect the conduction system of the heart. With its overdose, you might get a ventricular ectopic or two. But if you have an underlying heart disease, the risk of causing arrhythmia is higher than a normal person. It happened to me once when I had chest pain and palpitations following ingestion of 3 bottles of Lipodrinks,1 cup of tea and 1 cup of coffee. Thought I can handle that. Wait I didn’t die that day lol.

Activates central nervous system adrenaline = enhanced mental acuity.
To detox from caffeine use a combination of caffeinated and decaffeinated beans, gradually increasing the ratio of decaf and decreasing caffeinated. You could, simply, cut down the number of the cups of coffee in your daily routine, gradually.
Stopping suddenly could cause headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and, even, depression.
Also, watch the ‘’neuropharmacologic effects of caffeine exposure’’ video.
