ik vind alles aan deze musical geweldig, helemaal dezze versie, maar als je hem de hele dag luistert, ga je je een heel klein beetje irriteren aan de manier van uitspreken van de s zoals jesus het doet. Maar dat valt helemaal niet op hoor! Ik vind dit echt een geweldige versie! Blijf het de hele dag luisteren!! Echt geweldig! Niets anders over te zeggen! Gewoon prachtig!! Echt super!!

@derfnoslen I think you meant to say that splitting it into so mant clips is not as good as a continuous DVD?. This version by "amateurs" is fantastic! They can pretty much go pro any day with their talent ...Wow...

The "you get the power, you get the glory" part was quite cringey SO MUCH GERMAN COMMENT is cringey And the acting on Jesus part was major cringey, I didn't think he was supposed to approve of Simon(s) idea of a war
Ok, I have complemented this production in previous scenes. But, this scene shows Jesus as weak - especially in the first 5 minutes - nodding in agreement with the Simons (two of them? WISUWT?); which is contradictory to Jesus's soliloquy after the e5 minute mark...

At 3:26 when Simon says "but add a touch of HATE at rome" Jesus is supposed to change his happy face to a dissapointed face, the 70s film did it perfectly, here not, its ridiculous.
This song was grate but they did it wrong, In this Jesus seems to like the idea but in truth, He was mad about it for the people wanted to start a war.
damn it sounds so good, but the dancing smells. choreographer should be slapped in the kisser. Like I said though, this is a great rendition otherwise, and nothing can usually beat the movie for me.

Ik ben een Christen en ik ben dus aardig bekend met het verhaal en het klopt niet dat hij na het lied van nick en simon met zn armen wijd staat van ik ben machtig en daarna zingt dat de apostelen hem niet begrijpen. Ik vind het wel jammer want het liedje zelf is helemaal niet slecht ;)
oK great singing but ummm Simon Zealote was not a disciple. Kind of missed the point that Jesus is NOT happy about this. he is talking to the Zealotes not the deciples. and I am kind of tired of the front of the stage and the pacing direction. But.. awesome group.
What was with the random guy dancing? I expected him to be Simon, but it absoulutely made no sense. I don't like this one at all. Jesus just goes along with it. He seems fine with the power and glory. It frustrates me.
I've just been checking out the rest of the videos of this performance and I have to say this has to be the best version since the original 1973 cast!
the guy that is left of Jesus sings"Amen"and blows my mind!! What a voice!! Who really cares who Simon is supposed to be after that?
