Great video, thank you! I GM a party of 6 - any advice on how to give each player some personal focus for downtime without spending 30 minutes per person and everyone else checking out of the session when the spotlight isn't on them?

I DM for 5 and use strongholds (from Collville's book), for downtime sessions I start the previous session. Its usually telegraphed its about to be downtime. I ask them to interact with me outside the game and tell me what they want to get up too. I take that time, incorporate their strongholds, and write up a little blurb and have the players then read/exposite to the rest of the party so its players interacting with each other.
Also, if the downtime feels like it can be a mini adventure (one of my players wanted to break a friendly npc they know out of jail but not involve the whole group), so I grabbed basic npc statblocks (thug, their, etc) and handed it to the group, and we played it out. Those have been successful.
I have done 2 so far, they've been good, and I have a third coming up.
The stronghold aspect of it just gives them a home base to do things at, interact with people, have known ally npcs etc.
