Very nice!
Thank you! Hope you are all good. Thanks for watching.
Superb Simon.
Thanks! Glad you liked it. What a tune.
Great lesson dude! all the other people who have done lessons on this, have either changed the key to change the chord prog to make it easier (D-A-G etc).
I even checked out a book that used the open form of B7, which didn't sound right when playing over the actual recording.
So, thanks dude. Really appreciated. I am a beginner guitarist really.
I like your attention to detail. All the great little riffs... cool. thanks

@@SimonMorelguitar Will check your site out. Cool re Tab/Charts etc. May really help some of us out here who are not as skilled. Good luck with it all!
@@jusroc6353 Thanks. All the best, see you in another video soon!
Yeah, I noticed a lot of the other tutorials were changing the chord progressions and the simple descending bass, going up an octave towards the end. One channel didn't even realise they were teaching the guitar from a cover of the song without realising it. So glad I found this. Thank you for going to the effort of getting it right!
@@1966wilky Hi Kirsty, thanks for watching. I'm glad the lesson helped. Please do subscribe for 2 new lessons every week. Cheers Simon

@@SimonMorelguitar Thank you Simon. Subbed. 👍
@@troytempest290 Thanks Troy - see you in another video soon!
It might be worth another listen to the F# chord under "Everyday I look at the world from my window" section. You have it as a minor, but I think you might find it's a major chord, possibly F#7. It's ambiguous because there's no 3rd in the melody, so a power chord will do the trick, but I don't hear a minor third in there.
Hi there, thanks for watching. I see what you're saying about the m3 not being in the melody, but it's definitely not a major chord. The progression min, min maj7, min 7 is pretty common - that's what it sounds like to me. Thanks for watching.
@@SimonMorelguitar You might be thinking of a different section, I'm referring to the part under the lyric, "Everyday I look at the world through my window." You're talking about the rundown under, "But I don't need no friends."
@@wahwahwells Yes, sorry, I'm terrible with words. Yeah I see what you mean. F#5 works. Still not really hearing the major though. Thanks for getting in touch.
