    She handled it perfectly. As other judges have said, if you are pro se you get no special consideration or hand-holding. The judge rolled through the hearing and ignored the nonsense.

      But sadly, almost every video I've seen with a Pro Se SovCit, the Judge gives them enormous lattitude and special consideration. No Judge would permit a real lawyer to talk over them, interupt them or argue with them - but Judges to allow it all the time with Pro Se SovCits.

We don’t hold a pro se individual to the same standards as an attorney, just like judges and attorneys are not held to the same standards as the pilot and flight crew when flying with a commercial airline. They are not jet aircraft certified and would crash the aircraft into a million pieces.

      Well, technically there is enough prima facie evidence from where he was ticketed and arrested to justify assuming jurisdiction. So technically it is sufficiently proven at this time. He is not correct, though, in that it need not be proven at any time to *him* specifically

      Those not in custody who show up do so cz they believe, if they don't, armed "gangsters" in LE uniforms will "kidnap" them and forcibly BRING them to court.
      They further believe that sovcit mumbo-jumbo is secretly the actual law and that all judges know this. The sovcits being summoned have been assured by their swindler "leaders" that the judge will be forced to let them walk. The swindlers at the top keep lying about all the cases wherer (they claim) this worked.
      None of this is understood by most anti-sovcits, who prefer not to learn what sovcits actually believe.

      SovCits think that "Understand" means they're confirming they stand under the authority of the Judge, cops, etc. "Overstand" is a new one to me though.. usually they'll say "I Comprehend" instead of "yes, I understand".
      They'll trot out a passage from a 4-version-old copy of Black's Law Dictionary which describes one (among many) meanings of a term like "Driver" and claim that's gospel.. but they can't accept the meaning of "understand" that everyone and every dictionary agrees on. It's all self-affirming delusion.

      Well since a company could be a person in the legal sense then it to a degree makes sense. However a person can also be a natural person and very obviously us in this case unless he is that stupid to think that they Court is accusing his non existing legal entity which would basically be a name in a database of having taken his car and driving it down the street.
      That whole "over standing" kinda ticks me off. Why don't a judge ask the sovcit to look that word up in a dictionary or to stop making up words.
