Been playing the game myself and it’s very enjoyable..
It’s nice to see that the Marvel Ultimate Alliance series found a nice home on the Switch and I’d say it’s a good sequel/soft reboot (or loose sequel) as a whole..

It's a numbered continuation of the Marvel's Ultimate Alliance franchise but it doesn't really take place in the same Marvel universe in game uwu
This game is extremely addictive, the camera is problematic at times (especially in coop) but other than that the game is a blast!
The team building aspect is very interesting and the over all gameplay is also really tight.
I also like the presentation very much.
Over all I'm more than satisfied with the game.

For me it is not, when games like metal gear 5 felt really repetitive for me.
But this is something that can be said for 90% of the games, if it is not your cup of tea.

I didn't realize this game was Switch Exclusive. They should remake Xmen Legends 1 and 2, plus Ultimate Alliance.
Definitely. They should make them definitive editions, some versions of those games had characters not available anywhere else. MUA1 had characters like Mar-Vell (original, NOT MCU) and Ronin and Hawkeye.

Believe me I'm done with it and all infinity. It sucks. The cause, even weakest characters have too much kickback even on an easy setting. I dislike it, but was a fan of 1 and barely 2

I honestly had expected for years that there would be NO X Men, Deadpool, or Fantastic Four due to a trailer from a good while ago. Just knowing everyone is mostly still here is excellent. It seems like it has some good aspects of both previous titles. As a fan of the series and Marvel in general this seems like an absolute MUST buy.

X- Men Legends was my favorite game series as a kid. I got a huge boost of joy and nostalgia playing thru this game.
I liked MUA 1&2 on the Wii, so I pre-purchased MUA 3 & I’m not disappointed. It’s been fun, so far, playing with my friend & my little sister, but I’m really looking forward to smashing the 4-player action with my nephews who love the series even more than I do.
I like the characters, their moves, the upgrading options, & I think the voice acting is well done. I will likely buy the Expansion Pass if I still like it when I finish the game. The camera not always tracking the way I want is my biggest complaint, but it doesn’t happen often, so it’s not a big deal to me. Thanks for reviewing it, between 🌯 breaks 😄, & encouraging more gamers to check it out, RGT 85! 👍

isbilly as a film buff when I found out they put Miles in 12 frames per second when Peter was in 24 frames per second I was very impressed. As Miles gets better he moves to 24 fps.

It's not really my type of game at all, but it's been a great title for me and my 5 year old to play together and I've got to admit, they've got me going back on my own late at night trying to level up characters. It's a good game for what it is.

It reminds me to teen titans on the ps2. I remember me and my buddy used to play that game almost every day. It's was amazing. This type of coop beatemuo with special powers is a really scarce and unique game these days. It gives me so much nostalgia. Ive been playing it nonstop. Amazing game.
The biggest problem I have with the game is the camera angle. I play with my kids and all four playing at the same time is very difficult. There’s times that you cannot see the boss (Kingpin) or any characters but you sure can see the table. This goes on throughout the game. In single player is better due to manually controlling the view. I’d rather have split screen than one big one.

The game was pretty good starting out the box...when you get to avengers tower and then the xmansion afterwards... totally epic. Xmen stage has the best flow, momentum, camera angles and music. That alone was worth price of admission. Every other stage is also pretty awesome too. I really hope that the revised Switch runs the game better though, it can dip bait, but would like more stability. This game would have been 9 out of 10 if it ran at 60fps and fix some of camera controls.

Yeah, Unfortunately 30 of the 34 characters would be Goku with different color hair. ha ha I love DBZ but Fighter z is greedy with the cost of the characters. Did you ever play DBZ sagas for the original Xbox? That was like this and 2 players.

Hi, Bro I am in raft in the story mode, I just beat sand man and after that I can use most of the heroes when in the same spot where I fought with sandman boss, Now I am trying to play online try to join into a room where I have my progress after fought with sand man, but it says when I go to co-op in the main screen that there are no rooms available, when I create A room is not possible because no one join in the room, it is an issue with my switch that does not search any room? or I should spend more time playing story mode alone to unlock multiplayer? because I have a nintendo subscription, When I go to continue in the main screen and I push the start button to play multiplayer the online and co op buttons are disabled
My feelings are hurt that there are no alternative suits just color swaps of your favorite characters 😭

Ummm... Ya, it's an Ultimate Alliance Game, a Game of which uses Multiple Heroes from
all over the Marvel Verse, including X-Men, if they weren't included, then it wouldn't be
an UA Game.. But, but... If you compare UA3 to the previous UA Games? Even to Marvel Heroes,
you'd most likely have noticed... The Roster size is a heck of a lot smaller, o_@
UA 1 featured a large, large cast... It had all the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Avengers, Dr Strange, Blade,
Deadpool, Dare Devil, Punisher, & a lot of crazy chars like the Shi R, Gladiator, Dr Doom, Watchers,
Galactus, it had Brotherhood Magneto, & such Phoenix, Nightcrawler... & such... Toad & Arcade,
the Morlocks, Moonstone, Mockingbird, Pixie, Songbird, & such...
UA2, included a bunch as well, it had introduced Hulk, Cable, Bishop, Juggernaut, & many more
X-Men & Avenger Characters, & a lot of the original Chars had also returned... It also had chars
like Jack-O Lanturn, Venom, Green Goblin, & many, many more...
While not every one of these were indeed playable, they did have a large Playable Cast,
but, they were either NPC's, Playable, Cinematic Video, or also Villains, & such...
Here? Compared to the above Games? Only like 36 Chars? Most of which are Avengers,
barely anything outside of that, makes this Game for the most part a disappointing
Experience...
UA3, introduces Thanos, some Villains as Playable Chars, & the Guardians Of The Galaxy,
& some new Spidy Chars from recent Movie Releases, outside of that, it doesn't really
offer anything that hasn't already been done, o_@
Even Marvel Heroes had nearly every char in the Marvel Verse included, though it was
Online Only, & had faced a shutdown due to copywrite issues, but ya... UA3 still looks
like the weakest of the Series so far... ~_~

I love the look of this game. Just picked it up. Controls nice and lots of content. What annoys me is how bare boned the levels are! Run down an empty corridor and fight. Run down another ugly corridor and fight. The point A to point B is pointless. 1 and 2 felt like they were more engaging in between fights. Things to explore and discover. That's gone in this game. They have dumbed it down which is a shame
