I just helped my daughter get a Corolla LE yesterday.
    NO option packages.
The only thing I wish it had was the Blind Spot Monitors and the Cross Traffic Alert.
However, We only had to wait one month do take delivery.
Pretty good in todays 'Car World'.
The Corolla is the next best thing to getting a Hybrid.
My daughter was driving a 2009 Jeep Liberty with 175K on it.
So many things were not working correctly. And of course horrible gas mileage.
Jeep's are just crap in my opinion.
Getting her a Corolla is a fine vehicle that should last her for 10-15 years with proper maintenance.
She is so happy and was a bit surprised her Mom & Dad chipped in to help her out.

I think the latest generation Camry is the best looking, non-luxury sedan you can buy. I like the lines from all angles -- the front, back, and side, all look pleasing to the eye. It also gets excellent mpg for a family size sedan, pretty much on par with the Corolla. As for the price difference, I would just get a one or two year old, low mileage Camry. I would save much of the upfront cost difference, and reap the benefits of a larger (and heavier--read safer) vehicle, with better views (all around) , a nicer (and more interesting) interior, and a regular automatic --damn those CVTs!

Don't want any car with CVT AUTO TRANS. 8 SPD auto OK ON CAMRY BUT CAMRY DOESNT COME IN HATCHBACK. USA SPEC COROLLA DOESNT COME STANDARD WITH BLINDSPOT WARNING SYSTEM SO THAT'S A DEAL BREAKER. Camry is too big. Corlla is a nice sporty car. I don't transport people in rear seats just need good cargo space for groceries, fishing poles etc. Which car will cost less in maintenance and repairs?
Which car is more reliable and durable?
Take into account that the camry is a sedan with 8 spd. Auto and corolla is a 6 spd. Manual HATCHBACK.

I like the Corolla better because it is small enough for my family and me. I could drive this car better cause it is not as big as the Carmy.

@@march24-lp4pv Nah Corollas better on gas. Going back tho I would pick the Camry because the MPG is close enough to where the Camry just simply offers enough more to where it’s not worth the extra 8 MPH from the Corolla I only picked Corolla back then because I used to have one never had a Camry.

@@xkcash_238 fair enough I had a 1998 Camry that was way more reliable and durable than it should have ever been..350k miles and it was still running like new.
