I really like that Toyota put alloy wheels and some meaty thick tires on the LE. Some people want a cushy ride, less chance of tire damage from potholes, better MPGs, and long lasting tires.

I'm eyeing the Sedan and just wondering if it's as good as the Corolla in terms of reliability, I know drivetrain is not as good with its tiny 1.5 4cyl.

Jeff, thank you for the review on this trim level… My lease on my RAV4 hybrid SE is coming up within eight months and I was waiting for the Camry to come out as I have owned several of them in the past, but never like the fact that you couldn’t get hybrid and all-wheel-drive all in.
I’m never a big fan of the base models until I saw this and all of the standard features you get on it and by adding all-wheel-drive, which is great here in upstate New York
I built one to my specifications and I was getting $34,303 for a hybrid/four-wheel-drive fully loaded base model… That is a bargain! Then throw in 50 miles to a gallon
I’m also going to check out the SE the one I really want is the SE but if I’m going to spend $42,000 for fully loaded XSE I’m going to get a RAV4 XSE…
I’ve already sat down with my car salesman two numbers and told him to make sure that as soon as they get them in to let me know so I can go up and test drive an LE and SE… probably will test drive an XSE knowing that I doubt can’t afford that one
Toyota hit a home run with this in my opinion

Pulling in the garage im inching gorward and the engine is dying on me so theres 2 situations there where i dont like auto start stop. They should call it HV for highest value. You pay the least and the bang fof buck is high. It costs a lot to pay a ton for these higher end trims and you pay 40k and it depriciates to 19k in 8 years and by 12 its at like 9k and at 15 its at like 5k and it needs a battery and a bunch of plastoc you might replace a thing here or there. The headlights will be all faded and junk if they even still work. So you buy the LE and you lay 10k less than a higher trim thats 10k less to lose.
