- I built my first lightsaber at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsaber at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge - Walt Disney World. First, you must choose which elemental pieces you'd like to build your saber with... Then once inside, enjoy the show and build your very own Lightsaber... Definitely an experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Just did this with my son, it was worth every penny. The show, the experience, the message from yoda and the look on my sons face the first time the saber powers up will live with me forever.

I booked this for my husband’s 32nd birthday today and it was like seeing a giddy child version of him come out. He was so happy I can’t even describe to you. If you know someone who is a BIG Star Wars fan, and you want to gift them a cool experience, this is it.
When he said "In these troubled times, preserving our past, may ensure our future". I felt that heavy.
If I payed 200 bucks, I would atleast want the full choice of colors. Not just two.
Would love to have the leather & Rancor tooth hilt but looks like you don't have much choice in that either for $200

I've watched this experience time, and time again. And no matter how many times I see it, every time he reveals the lightsaber for the first time. And when Master Yoda's theme starts playing, it never fails to bring tears to my eyes. Star Wars always has, and always will hold a special place in my heart. And some day, I want to share with my own children the magic of a galaxy far, far away.

Man if I was there, I’d be trying my best and hardest to hold back tears.
When everyone activates them and hold them up together illuminating the whole room. Pretty awesome. I tried to build a saber when I went over the summer, but went and found out that there was a three month waiting list. I should have known but was so sad.
Was there? I was able to do my reservation on the same day, maybe it was the time of the year.

@@NeonDreams17 that sucks, hopefully next time you’ll get to experience it. Idk if you tried it, but you can make a reservation from the mobile app, which is much easier, and you can do it in advance too.

This moved me to tears.. This looks like everything I imagine as a kid after seeing STAR WARS and wanting to be a Jedi. I would look out beyond the Projects of East New York Brooklyn… Like Luke looking at the twin moons. And imagine being a Jedi… And I was blessed to see the original 3 Films in the Theater… When I was having problems in school my Mother would speak to me I. Yoda’s voice and inspire me to Do better… Inshallah and Peace… Thank you for a Fantastic video..

that's actually not true. if theres like 12 people inside, they're preparing 14 crystals, so the last person could choose
They have 12 people in the room, each crystal storage unit holds 16 crystals, there are four "assistants" handing out crystals, aka there's a total of 64 crystals in the room there's absolutely zero chance anyone isn't getting the crystal they want. You can also buy more colors out in the lobby

For people asking. You pay for the experience and to keep the lightsaber before even making the saber. It is just over $200 per saber. They have 4 different classes of sabers with 2 types of each part within those classes. You can only use pieces from 1 of the 2 types of the class you select (limited customization) and only Red, Green, Blue, and Purple are available to pick without purchasing an additional crystal from the shop upstairs where you can get Yellow.
