    To anyone wondering if this works it totally does!! I have been doing it every few days since late 2021. It used to be SO hard, now it's more like a warm up for me and I've started to add onto it to build more muscle. Crazy that for the first time in my life I have upper body muscle. I feel so strong when I do chaturangas now!!

    I can’t believe people say you have to work out 30 minutes- an hour to get a good workout in. This killed my arms in just ten minutes haha

    This workout is so effective! I still can’t get through the entire ten minutes without dropping my arms but I see a huge difference in my arms and my strength in two weeks!

    It took me about four months of regular yoga practice to even decide to attempt it now. It was my first class today but it was incredible. I did all the excercises without droping my arms thanks to the previous months practice but still it killed me. I feel my arms are stronger than ever. I can do chaturanga easily now and can do more than 10 pushups, its my biggest achievement. I m looking forward to practice it again and giving you guys update after getting my results. Yoga is magical. Everyone should do it.

    I could never do pushups, even though I use to workout and was active in sports, I just couldn't lift my body in a push up, after doing this workout for 20 days not only do my arms feel leaner, I could actually do not 1 but 5 full pushups...thank youuuu so much Juliana and mark. It feels like a dream come true🌟

    This was the hardest arm workout I have ever tried! I am definitely going to come back to this one and have to build strength because I couldn’t get through it all on the first try 💪🏼😆 but I LOVED it! I actually FELT my triceps working!

      I've been mostly doing this training for my arms few times a week and they are really getting stronger. The practice is what makes you ready for the practice 😊

    I did this workout a few times a couple of months ago, and I couldn't do it. Some months and much progress later, I DID IT!!! It hurt in a good way, and I struggled a bit, but I did it! thank you so much for these amazing practices and workouts, I love all of them!

    This is incredible. I have basically zero arm strength, but I'm so proud of myself because I did everything without stopping or dropping my arms (indeed now I feel they're dead😂). Thank you Juliana for this challenge, I definitely look forward to coming back to it💪🏻

    I was a heavy weight lifter for fifteen years...and I had to pause this. If only I'd just done yoga I wouldn't have so many injuries to overcome. So many important little muscles the gym misses. I love your videos! And this this song... downloading now! =)

    Have you ever thought of doing a Yoga/Pilates clothes range? I'm sure it will be just as successful as Kate Hudson's Flabletics. I love everything you wear looks so comfortable especially the lounge wear. You can't find these in the shops where I live.

      we actually have been thinking about it. However, our biggest criteria for a clothing line would be ethical and sutainable sourcing as well as making sure everything aligns with social responsibility. So it's a lot to consider and we want everything to be as high energetical as can be. If we feel like everything aligns, we will do that.♥️

They are the biggest youtuber couple who have been showing us how to live with Mother Earth without having to empower her and the abundant resources She has been giving, and I respect them for that.     Been adding either this or the 5-minute workout after every yoga or pilates workouts and feel the benefit much more than i expected... I think i need this to get rid of my armpit fat, to get strong arms to better do yoga, also get lean and beautiful arms as a bonus. 😁 Thanks Juliana.
