  • My diet - Here is what I eat in a day for longevity, anti aging, glowing skin and loads of energy. I share all the foods I eat in a day and explain how they work together to keep me feeling young, healthy and vital.
    Pretty much everything for me comes down to maintaining a healthy gut, which is responsible for glowing skin and loads of energy as well as keeping menopause symptoms at bay.

    Love your channel! Just after watching your vid on broccoli sprouts, I ordered everything needed to grow my own sprouts. I followed your process & it was amazing! I had sprouts with in 3 days. They taste so good. Thank you for the tip, beautiful lady! 😊

    I use to get teased by my adult twin daughters for eating healthy, I cant eat gluten, lactose or refined sugar, so I make my own almond, milk, I juice nearly every day, adding spirulina, wheatgrass ... I dont have protein powder but I will research a vegan one I can take, with my macca. when I saw you taking out all the veggies, fruit and nuts , I felt like a kindred spirit... it's been a lonely journey as my friends think i'm over the top and my kids think no one eats like I do.... but, You've proved them wrong and helped me in the next part of my journey, Thank you so much, keep going you're doing wonderful work and so inspiring too x

    My Mom died at 44!😳 She was obese and had a heart condition.😣 Dad died at 57 with hypertension diabetes and was blind from it. All of his sisters my aunts died in their fifties from congestive heart failure and complications of diabetes. My closest female cousin and my only brother followed suit and died of a heart attack both at 56! They all refused to change their diets and bad habits often arguing for their fate! 😢 It hurts beyond the telling to lose those close but I am learning to accept that it was their choice. They all were heavy alcohol consumers and meat eaters with all the starches and sweets along side. I never fit in any way and was laughed at often due to my choices but I intend to live by choice instead of arguing for my limitations though severe stress has complicated my health I eat a vegan diet exercise stretch and keep far from things people and places that are not for my good. You are doing all you can here to assist those who will listen to make better choices in how we live and eat but some will still choose to pay the doctors hospitals pharmacies and finally the undertaker instead of the farmer's market growers or grocers! What more can we do but accept their choices? 💐🍃

      @@fs7249I feel so sorry you are in this position. It is very difficult to change habits of a life time and I understood that but It is a terrible thing to experience. I'm sure you've tried reasoning with her to no avail. Maybe try inviting her to eat plant based more often if she can't yet get there if possible or to at least watch channels on Yt where their making plant based foods. She might be encouraged that way. Deep lying depression and discouragement brings about a sense of helplessness sometimes or an why change now attitude in some but really there is little we can do unless they rally and fight for their own lives. My brother called his friends to tell them I had wasted his money and didn't buy any food because I had purchased everything to turn his health around. I moved in with him to care for him during his last year alive. His doctor told him he could reverse his health totally just by changing his diet plus he arranged for a delivery service (free of charge) to bring him cooked plant based foods. He allowed them to pile up and spoil saying they were tasteless... and continued to order pizza pork ribs sausages fried potatoes etc., from restaurants near him that would deliver if he purchased a certain dollar amount. It broke my heart! He continued smoking until he couldn't do it anymore. Lastly he would walk ( though in his pajamas) to a corner store to buy candy cakes cereals pop bottles of sweet flavored coffee and his cigarettes though it took him a long time to do so as he had very little energy. There is little we can do for the unwilling no matter how much we love them. My thoughts of well being are for you that you will be able to endure this. My heart is touched for you and other's like you who are facing loved ones declining in health at their own hands. You must take care of yourself because after all is said and done there remains very little we can do to change other people. 🙋🍃💐

Your authenticity shines through. :) This is almost the exact diet I had while curing my skin of perioral derm (POD) not only did it go away, but I lost those last 10 lbs.       Avilabril Bro , i had Perioral Derm for a bit and it`s terrible. I have been using Trader Joes cleansing oil along and Misellar water with a clean diet .I also started using a few drops of Vegitable Glyserine from any old Pharmacy .I sometimes add a drop of Vitamin E or Lavender oil and sometimes Aloe gel from my plant.Glyserine works great on feet too. (O: natural toothpast helped me too. Maybe Schell will do a vid on Glyserin sometime. Don`tcha just dig her vids.(O:

    Hi Schellea, I've been watching your channel and just love it. I've also been researching anti-inflammatory foods, and found out foods with lectins I should be avoiding. These would include tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds just to name a few. I absolutely love your video on the ACV, lemon, raw honey, cinnamon drink, I drink that faithfully every morning and night. I make it in the am with a flavored green tea with matcha, I make a cinnamon tea with ceylon cinnamon sticks beforehand and refrigerate and add that to it instead of the powder that doesn't dissolve. At night I use a honey lemon chamomile decaf green tea. I've been going to local farms and buying their own raw honey which is delicious!

    Gee, you've quite quickly become one of my top 5 favourite youtube channels. I love the way you keep things short and sweet, get to the point right away and pack your information in efficiently but thoroughly. I feel your videos are almost always relevant to me and in this case, when you describe your former health situation, it's my current one. I'm pretty sure I have adrenal fatigue and I definitely have digestive issues. At the moment I can't eat exactly the way I would like due to my living situation but I'm looking forward to being able to implement things like sprouting and juicing in the near future.     Just found your channel, what wonderful information! This, makes me feel better , to hear someone says , the benefits of eating healthy out weigh the eating of other foods .. I was super healthy ( Paleo) for 3 years felt AMAZING! I have since dropped off an been really unhealthy again ... trying hard to get back a stay clean!

    Really love your video content! I take many of these things also. Like you , I have experienced bad health and knew that it mostly came down to what I was putting, or not putting in my body. I now am a clean eater. Something that has been a real blessing to me is rebounding on the mini trampoline. I had so much joint pain and inflammation, but I have been jumping on the rebounder 4-5 times a week, for 20 minutes and my body is now pain free! I also have been taking MSM powder for almost a year now and I believe that has also helped me. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

    Im at the beginning of my journey and am trying to change all of my bad habits. Love your workout videos which I am now doing 3 times a week. Im persevering with the ab workout and even though it is short I obviously do not have any stomach muscles as I find it really difficult!!! Cant wait until I have abs instead of flabs.

    For those just starting out making big changes just add one improvement a week. As for the healthier diet add 1 thing at a time and give away the processed foods! You & your children can’t eat what isn’t there!

    Thank you for your post. I lost 163pounds and I eat most everything you eat. I am very mindful of my intake. I study endlessly about what could help restore the body for full recovery from a failed illness. I understand people saying MS and Parkinson's disease is not curable. Well I have cured the whole thing. Bedbound, wheelchair, walker, cane, and now I'm walking free. All on the Gerson therapy.

      I am doing keto (not fad keto) and 18:6 intermittent fasting, with one or two meals in the 6 hours I prefer between 12N and 6Pm or a half-hour earlier.
      I mention it, because I keep hearing this is good for Type 2 diabetics.
      If you take insulin, then there is further instruction how to do it.

    That's a great video. I just turned 50 and just started following you. Thanks for all your amazing info. I've been on a health journey for the last 10 yrs when I was diagnosed with endometriosis and leaky gut. I had yeast overgrowth also and my hormones were terribly out of balance. I did a detox and changed my diet and healed my body. I DON'T eat sugar, dairy, gluten, red meat, and processed foods. I make my own bread, nut milks, kombucha, sauerkraut, hummus actually most things and grow my own fruit n veggies. It's awesome. I also have a green smoothie everyday which always includes: spinach/kale, avocado, pineapple/ kiwi, 1/2 banana, blueberries, flaxseed oil, chai seeds, cacao n maca powder, ashwaganda powder, iodine drops, magnesium powder, spirilina, chlorella, vegan protein powder, L glutamine, moringa powder, coconut water and trace mineral drops. I also include each day EPO, silica, zinc, B- complex, Vit E, Vit C, Bee pollen, turmeric, coconut oil, ground flaxseed, ginger, hemp seeds, kombucha n sauerkraut..

    It's way cheaper and better brands. Love your videos. 😁

    I am now a Carnivore I eat a fatty sirloin steak every day, I also eat streaky bacon, eggs, lambs liver - this way of eating has transformed my life. I never realised that I had oxalate toxicity from antibiotics in my 30s. Veggies, dairy etc are no longer great for me. I only need to eat one or two meals a day - never hungry as I am now a fat burner and not a glucose burner.

    Hi Schellea, I just stumbled upon your channel and have subscribed. I'm 52 and have adopted a low carb diet with intermittent fasting. I cease eating after 7pm and then don't eat again until 12pm the next day. I have shed unwanted fat and feel much better for it. I think you look terrific and I love the idea of sprouting so I am going to start this myself. I also agree that fermented foods are beneficial so I'm going to try your sauerkraut recipe. Great channel, thanks!

    Just discovered your channel and love your anti-aging diet and exercise tips. Just curious why you haven’t changed to green beauty products. You should research the toxic ingredients in conventional makeup and skin care. There are lots of wonderful healthy alternatives with ingredients you don’t mind rubbing onto your body’s biggest organ, your skin.

    I am in the same boat & have also figured out what I can eat and still feel okay. It's very limited but like you, I value feeling well now over eating things things that make me feel terrible. My whole family though, even my parents in their 70'd/80's, can eat whatever they want! How do you handle going out to eat with family or family get-togethers for holidays?
