    Ayyye great tips Jimmy. I enjoy removing grinder blades with just the friction. So helpful. I still use your tip of glueing a piece of heavy material to the bottom of a bottle so it stops tipping over. Life saver

    I think the best tool tip for an angle grinder is always have more angle grinders. Changing discs is a nightmare on a big job, so it's good to have a grinder for each type of disc, plus a spare just in case.

    The first trim I installed I used a handsaw only to clean up my front door. Since then I have acquired a full set of tools that have paid for themselves and have trimmed several of my friends full houses. You have been a great inspiration!

    Two things Jimmy:
    1. Sorry to hear about Spike. I didn't know he had moved on to his great cat nip reward. In all seriousness, I kinda felt like I lost a pet when I heard that, however, the new ones are great.
    2. You are the reason I stopped using phillips head screws and went to Robertson. Life changing!

    Random tip from a carpenter from Australia, hold your rafter square against the material as a makeshift fence to physically guide your circular saw for a square cut instead of marking the line and free-handing it.

    I've used that tip of pushing against the blade of a miter saw for thin cuts a lot since your first tip video on chop / miter saws and it's been invaluable on many occasions 👍

      Agreed. Minor quibble, it's safer if you do it with the saw off, raise the blade, and then engage the saw. Jimmy is demoing a much quicker technique, but a little more dangerous.

    Some I knew and some new to me. Thanks. My dad taught me when tightening a drill chuck with a key to hit at least 2 of the 3 holes to make sure it is good and tight. I still do that today and when I don't the drill usually slips. Thanks for the video.

      My Dad too, taught me to use all three holes. Took me too many years to learn it saves a lot of time if I do it properly the 1st time. The other thing I do is use the long lever part of the chuck key to push with my thumb for more leverage (and have the shorter grippy thumb piece between fingers and palm. Cheers, David

    Excellent tips! Am with you on the oil for chain saw. As a teen working with an older guy taught me the same. If all you got is 30 weight, it's better than burning the chain or bar. If you do that, you're not making any money cutting firewood. Once again, excellent video and reminders for tips I picked up a while back. Happy 4th! 👍

    One more tip for the screw driver:
    If you need to screw the fabrics to wood, or to something else - start screwing it to opposite direction to make a hole into fabric, then turn right direction and screw it down without any problems.
