Cabin Talk | Our Future Plans & Honest Take on Life in Alaska so Far

Baby Leonard is due in 3 days and we are passing the time with a chat session! Since we have a long drive out to deliver the little one, I am taking it easy and Levi is staying close in case of any early arrivals. This seemed like the perfect time to answer some questions and chat about our lives here in Alaska.
Where we came from and where we're going!
We'll talk today a little bit about leaving Colorado, driving to Alaska, settling in, and finding the property! We have tons of videos on all of this as well as the beginning of the homestead build but wanted to recap some common questions we get.
Do we have gold on our property?
How did we land such an awesome piece of land in such a big state?
Is the darkness driving us crazy?
What about the mosquitos?
It has been quite the adventure for the past 7 months living in Alaska, especially now that we wrap our heads around becoming parents any day now!
We hope this video answers a few questions and gives a decent image of where we plan on going with our lives next!
We will probably do another Q&A soon as we take the winter slightly slower with the new baby so make sure to comment with any more questions that we did not cover here or maybe on something we weren't clear enough on!
