Weighted HIIT training is the way to go if you want to loose weight and tone. I looooove weighted HIIT training.
Unfortunately I suffered a traumatic body injury can no longer work out due to limb loss miss working out
Going into zones four and five is also how you burn muscle and lose gains.
thanks random guy on the internet! power walking and jogging MUST be useless
Joggin keeping you big as hell
Pink shorts that walked by 😮💨
Walking warriors don’t tell you that it takes hours of walking a day just to start moving the fat loss needle
Bench, squat, curls, 5 sets of 10 reps each. Tredmill at 3mph walking for 30 mins. stairmaster for 10 minutes. Solid clean diet. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months. I never jogged or sprinted in the 3 months. I wasnt worried about the time i took to do my cardio. Because i damn sure wasnt keeping track of time when i was eating like shit and drinking beers. Dont let anyone discourage anything thats healthy for you and will achieve your goals.
🤔🤔 The problem with HIIT is that is burns glycogen and sugars which hurts muscle gains 💯💯
HIIT new subscriber it's a struggle and you give great advice. So I'm definitely tuned in.
Sprinting is the truly the king.
Well, it depends on what you want to achieve. Low intensity cardio burns the most calories in the most efficient manner IF you’re trying to maintain muscle mass. But if you don’t care to maintain your muscle mass to a certain degree then yeah, HIIT is a great option.
Pink shorts in the back was going crazy 😂😂
I’m literally shedding every week by walking/Jogging so this is bs. I’m about done with these “Fitness influencers”
I do one pump Burpees every day for peripheral cardio and that heart check. Running is good too. Cardio, is excellent for blood & lymphatic circulation. As well as brain fluid circulation too. If anyone takes cardio seriously, they most likely will take their nutrition seriously as well. If you're able trails running is fun too . Thanks for reading.
Intensity is really important when it comes to fat loss
HIT we need more videos like this on CZcams
He's right. My doctor told me that HIIT training will shed the fat and tone fast. And it's equivalent to a 3 mile jog. Who wants to jog or an hour when you can get better results with HIIT? When you do weighted HIIT training, you will really burn fat and get in shape.
Hitt I need that guidance brother
Jump rope is like Top 3 in cardio. Like he said, you get so much done in a short period of time.
It's more effective to get more calories burnt, sure, but can leave to burnout for beginners, it's just a 2-400 calorie deficit is needed
Walking also consistently does also
Yes!!!❤
Hey man, this advice my not be the best for people who have alot of fat to loose, very heavy people have a high risk of injury doing stuff like that
