I have been consumed by the Chris Watts Case and so I thought I would sit down, get ready and talk some crime with you all. This is new to me, I don’t normally sit here and talk murder, so , if its a bit sloppy , I apologize . There are SO MANY layers to this case and unfortunately I Just couldn’t cover it all, so I just talk about what we do know.

Aren't they just. When in the neighbours with the cop and they watching the cctv (Chris wasn't watching it) Chris actually puts his hands on his head as if he is going to be arrested right there and then he looks so relieved when he isn't like he got away with it. Pure evil I hope his children's voices and their last words of "daddy no pls daddy no" haunt him to his v last breath.
Literally straight away the neighbour was like “something is wrong he never loads his truck at night and he’s usually so reserved”!!!
He even said that Chris was acting off, and fidgety he knew right there that he had done something
It actually makes me angry that the cops didn’t listen to the neighbor right away

Has this been said? Total side note but my toddler watches Cocomelon. Very recently (in the last year or so) they introduced three characters named CeCe, Bella and Nico. I didn’t realize it was a sort of tribute to those children. 🥺

I came across her on Facebook and the ads were driving me nuts so here I am starting from the very beginning on CZcams and your exactly right I’d die without these lol. I literally don’t understand what about listening to her talk about such sad stories get me but ughhh 😩

Lots of ppl find love with in an unhappy or abusive relationship. This case just wasn't one of them. Hard to find love if you aren't capable of feeling it I suppose.

I absolutely hate the narrative they tried to portray Shannan, it was like she was “such a nag,” that she caused her own death. It’s disgusting, nothing warrants what she and her children went through. Nothing at all.

Just a PSA to all my girlies out there: if you ever start to wonder if your relationship is one sided, try not texting him first for a day or two and see how he responds. You’ll find out real quick.
Nicole is literally the best friend in the whole world. What an amazing woman. If it wasn't for her it could've take weeks to find Shannan and the girls.
Chris Watts later admitted that his daughters were alive when he drove out to the oil rig and after he disposed of their mother, he killed each of them one by one. He put a blanket over Celeste’s face and smothered her as Bella was sitting next to her. And then, of course, we can assume what he did to Bella. The only reason I’m commenting this is to clear Shannan’s name, she did not hurt her children, she would have never hurt her children.
Bella fought for her life as well. Her face an lips where bruised an she had defense wounds on her body.
He said his daughter cried no.
if you watch the blown up security video you can see him walking backwards dragging something and closer to the end you can see the shadows under the truck that one of the girls walked up to him before he put her in the truck and then carrying the other. no wonder he was freaking out watching the video that day

@megalightsfan4948 "Trauma bonding" is what people do to avoid being abused by narcissists or psychopaths (for example: I suspect that Frances Bean Cobain did it with Courtney Love). But narcissists and psychopaths aren't capable of trauma bonding, because a) they don't really have emotions like that (except for anger), and b) they don't bond with people the same way that regular people do.
In my (unprofessional) opinion, he felt like she was a piece of property that just existed for his use. Same with Jodi Arias and Travis Alexander. People like that see other people as inanimate objects. 😒

Agreed. It should've been a mini series if anything. The way they were doing the documentary was almost in an art form rather than trying to get the full story across. Bailey does an excellent job describing all the details building up that the documentary failed to show or explain.

It felt like “oh look at all these pretty cgi cinema movie effects we can do with pretty little text bubbles popping up on screen and adding a eerie vibe with music and editing” while just recapping in a dot point PowerPoint presentation all the stuff we already know!!!! It was like a coke bottle that had already fizzled out. It was disappointing with no new information for those of us that have followed this case from the start
I feel for Shannan, but hearing about those babies always breaks my heart.
How amazing were Shannan’s friends? They were so close they knew everything about her life, and because of that they immediately knew something was wrong when she was “gone on a play date”.

Shanann’s friend Nicole was amazing, because honestly if my friend didn’t respond to my texts I would be like ok she’s busy....and if I drove to her house and her husband called and said she’s on a playdate, I would be like oh ok then...and probably not check the garage for her car or call her doctor!!!! I barely call my own doctor!!! Nicole has intuition!!!!
Yes Nicole was an amazing friend with the love of a sister for Shanann. When dropping her home, she backed out onto the road, but didn’t leave until she was sure Shanann was inside.

I do remember a meme going around on Facebook. And I didn’t really understand what it meant at the time. But it said, Get yourself a friend like Nicole. Who knew her best friend so well that she called the police at the first sign that something was off. Nicole was so fast that Chris did not have time to search and get rid of evidence.

When this case first ever came out on the news in CO and what not my friend started studying it and I’m pretty sure the mistresses dad is the owner of Chris’s company he worked for. I haven’t seen anything on that come out since it first started... I think she had a lot more to do with it than we know.

this was sort of a new note. Shannan's family were consulted and heavily involved in the Netflix docu movie. her brother even said that they're grateful for this and that the lifetime movie version was horrible.

The fact that he told police that they had both fallen out of loved with each other INFURIATES me. Shannan was doing everything she could to fix her marriage. She was so in love and was hurting watching him drift away. The fact that people have the audacity to say that it's Shannan's fault hurts my soul. That women just wanted her husband to love her again. Also, the fact that he tried to say Shannan killed the kids blows my mind. Anyone could see that she loved those kids more than anything else. He's a monster who deserves to spend the rest of his life thinking about what he did and how awful he is.
How do you know all this? She was pregnant ane her husband was cheating on her.... I wouldn't put it past her or sny pregnant woman to flip when they find out her husband is cheating while she is pregnant. She coule have taken the kids out and then Chriss lost it. It is a possibility

I love this woman's best friend, she was 100% the reason why everyone was on top of this basically immediately. I feel so sorry for her that she dropped her off to her untimely death, although it was most definitely not her fault and there's no way she could of known.

This story shook me to the core. He chose to cheat. The fact that his oldest daughter was strangled only to wake up to the same nightmare again. She had to watch her sister die and get shoved into that tank. This older daughter asked her father if what he did to Bella would happen to her. He said he told her yes. Can you imagine daddy didn't love her anymore. I feel Nichol was the mastermind. I think she was there that night. Why did the police not purse her as a suspect?

The entire thing is less than a year old. You understand how cases work, right? Murder cases take years to be resolved. Don't just assume she got away with anything.

Chris is now officially in full isolation in prison, he’s only allowed to see two guards who give him food and let him into the isolation yard. He’s currently serving 5 life sentences and I couldn’t be more pleased🥂

It came out later the older girl walked in on him strangling the mom and he wrapped her in a sheet then took the girls alive put them in the car seating them over dead mom saying they needed to help her. Took her to the sight strangled younger one in front of older kid put her in the tank came got the older and as he was strangling her she was begging not to be hurt like her sister then did the same thing. Dumped mom in ground where he had a hole went on his way. If not for friend he thought he would get away with it.
You would be on the phone with 911 telling them your wife just went absolutely crazy and strangled your children. He would’ve been giving the children CPR even if they were blue and cold. You wouldn’t be able to accept their deaths, even laying in a coffin. This man is a cold, calculated, opportunistic psychopath.
Me being a father. I couldn't imagine hurting my kid's for another woman.

A lot of the time, the other woman doesn't even know she's the other woman, or she becomes involved with a man based on the premise that he's getting a divorce, he's separated and getting divorced, or in the process of going through the divorce itself. Some men will say that to make the other woman feel more confident about pursuing a relationship because he knows she wouldn't have otherwise. But, society has taught us to instantly attack the woman. Even other women do it. They'll attack the woman their man cheated with, rather than going at their man for cheating in the first place. We've all been taught to misdirect our anger. If she didn't know then the man deserves 100% of the wrath, if she did know, then it's 50/50, but if she did know but he lied about the circumstances then it's 100% back on him again. She left him when she found out what he had done. I could understand people's disgust if she stayed with him (as that would show she probably knew more than she said she did), but she didn't.
