The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTHâŠ
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didnât know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were âsupposedâ to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical âanswerâ that will solve all problems (like Iâm sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults donât know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I am a 74 yo female. I trained and taught martial arts for 20 years. A severe auto accident and two herniated disks have put an end to exercise including yoga and tai chi. I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!!!! It is fun, energizing and tightens thighs and core. I haven't found a better exercise for seniors. Thank you so much for doing this.

Thank u, I've been suffering from sciatica nerve, I was always in pain. I started tapping my body 3days ago morning and night. Now I can only feel 5% pain, I can sleep, sit and walk without feeling any massive pain
I hv been following this simple exercise every morning for a few mths. I m free of previous elbow n knee pain n feel energized. Thank you so much for helping us. Namaste

I love these 10min videos! I can feel that when I really give myself the time to just pay attention to what I feel then I automatically start to change. Especially with any of the tapping videos. This one and the Brain Tapping routine help me release a lot of the tension that I don't even realize I have most of the time. I feel my mind is more clear and like I got my second wind. Amazing!

Thank you, Linda for this easy but very effective way to relax and connect with your body. It feels so good to tap especially places on my body that are tight and tense. I can feel my muscles relax as I do it! Such fun. And I can do it wherever. I love when people look surprised when I tell them itâs yoga. They almost always want to try it. Delightful and helpful video with a real exercise program that is easy to do with quick benefits. Thank you for this; Iâve been wanting to do body tapping for quite a while. I can quickly see how this would improve circulation and give me energy. I suffer from Reynaudâs Disease and live in a cold winter environment and am going to do this during the winter.

Thanks for this!! đ I do it every morning while standing on my whole body vibration machine. Very effective! I also do brain tapping / face slapping for firmer skin: 16 - 24 - 36 or 56 times:
âą sides of front of head
âą sides of back of head
âą forehead and back of head (switch hands)
âą lower back of head - neck/occiput (switch hands)
âą top of head (switch hands)
âą face over closed eyes (no contact with eyeballs)
âą cheeks
âą mouth (switch hands)
âą ears/side of head
âą under jawline (sides and below chin area) with closed fingers of back of hand
âą sides of neck
