      You just double the number of her counts on all movements except for the twisting part. Example: Pumping 30 times by her counts is actually 60.

    Before it was tapping and now it's the vagus nerve, one fad after another and likely all of them relying on the very powerful placebo effect. Even fake surgeries have been shown to work.

    Humming and chanting have been part of ancient religious practices and social rituals like community celebrations and festivals to exalt and calm as well as energise the nerves. Chanting of the sanskrit mantra om is a common yoga practice to send energy vibrations throughout your body. Such humming and chanting as well as causing vibrations by striking tibetan singing bowls or gongs or ringing bells or strumming guitars or sitars or violins can also calm and energise the nervous system. Much better than striking your body to stimulate the netves. Any kind of reverberation is good, dancing or swaying to music, even sitting in a jacuzzi or a massage chair.

    What rubbish! Why on earth would you want to beat up the organs in your own body. So many quacks on youtube quacking away. If mother nature intended us to beat up our own stomachs and chests like penguins or gorillas she would have created a reflex action for it, like yawning, crying, scratching, sneezing, coughing, blinking, perspiring, licking, shivering, snorting, burping, farting, retching, snoring, stretching, swallowing, breathing even. Do the bare minimum, your body will take care of the rest. Living is hard enough. We have evolved over millions of years and never needed to do such things, and got ahead just fine without it. If nature could invent so many instinctive actions for us, why not this one. So many people do so many useless yoga postures, now she has invented another one. If there is tension in your gut, excrete and urinate regularly and est properly. I knew a girl in school who used to drink a gallon of water, and regurgitate it all back with some yoga exercise involving rotating the muscles in her tummy and yellow water would come spewing out. Weird is the word. Did this everyday early morning on an empty tummy without fail. Later heard she had got pancreatic cancer at a young age. Afterwards i often wondered if her morning routine had anything to do with it. Perhaps the yellow water was her stomach emptying out the bile juices needed for digestion. She used to claim she was swirling the water in her tummy to clean it of dirt and toxins, that was why the water was a dirty yellow! Bile juice is needed for digestion, forcefully emptyong it will stimulate the body to produce even more to compensate. Dont trust everything you see and hear. Test it out for yourself. None of us know anything. We simply make educated guesses, which often turn out to be wrong.

    For anyone wondering about the legitimacy of this, this is complete bullshit. Electrons are subatomic particles that are on the outer shells of atoms. You cant really absorb just eletrons and even if you did somehow, it wouldnt have a benefit.
