  • Many people cut corners on providing little amenities that go a long way with guests at your Airbnb but that's a bad idea and it doesn't need to cost you a lot!
    In this video I go over my favorite ones that I have used to get nearly 2,000 reviews on Airbnb and still operate as a Super Host which is very difficult to do in this industry.

    The cheapest thing I've implemented in my property that guests have raved about is labels and signs. Label every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen. Label every light switch. Place a few helpful signs around the house that contain needed info like the wifi password, how to operate the Roku, or grill. This will save guests headaches from having to search for things in an unfamiliar space and they won't bother the host as much either.

    I leave throw blankets everywhere. They are super inexpensive on Amazon and I get comments on them CONSTANTLY.

      I do, too. Popcorn for an easy snack or arrival or movie night.

    The only other thing I would suggest in conjunction with the shampoo is sunscreen, especially in SoCal. Im borrowing these ideas for my future use once i get started. Thanks, CZcams algorithms!

      Yes, but I've found everybody's sunscreen needs are totally different, most people bring their own, and it's not expected from the host. Not a bad idea, but I'm not providing that for guests currently.

      @@AirbnbRentalEmpire If you dont have it, people complain. When you do have it, they don't use it.

    Great Tips! Do you buy most of your furnishings on Amazon? Also, sounds like most of your properties are within driving distance for you? Do you try to keep your properties within a certain radius?

    • @AirbnbRentalEmpire
      @AirbnbRentalEmpire  Před rokem

      No, I actually don't buy most of my stuff on Amazon in terms of furnishings. I purchase a lot of it locally at wholesale furniture dealers and also purchase some big ticket items occasionally used if I can find nice items at a discount. Amazon for most mattresses only and little stuff needed to round a space out.

    • @AirbnbRentalEmpire
      @AirbnbRentalEmpire  Před rokem

      Yes most of them are within 45 minutes. I would do further away if I needed to but easier if closer. If you have a good team/system around you though it doesn't really matter where the property is :)

    Where do you get the hotel style amenities for a decent price?

  • @Adam-ei5it
    @Adam-ei5it Před 4 měsíci

    You probably charge a lot your guest for that. I prefer to pay a cheap room and find these things by myself.

      Airbnb has an insurance policy that covers that. Not a real concern

      @@AirbnbRentalEmpire So would you have to cancel bookings until a replacement comes?

    • @AirbnbRentalEmpire
      @AirbnbRentalEmpire  Před 4 měsíci

      Depends on the amenity but generally, no. I would inform the guest and leave it up to the guest and provide a partial refund if the amenity is important enough.
