Good tips, fellow super host here: we operate our guest house as an airbnb, I hand write (cursive) a note for each guest, provide a guest book/house manual, beach or park picnic basket, binoculars (we have a large property with many birds and no neighbours) birdseed to hand feed tweety, pet treats ( we charge a handsome cleaning fee to eliminate all traces for the next guest), and opportunities to kayak on a mighty river or have a fire under a starlit night. Folks love the place and we have many returning guests.

extremely useful video! i just wondering if you can provide the link to tha welcome signs with letters. I couldn't find it online.
If you are requiring all guests be registered for insurance compliance, full name and date of birth for guests being at or above the age of majority, and first name and nearest whole year age for minor children, you will have all of their names. It also discourages unpaid for guests from showing up when used in conjunction with cameras in the driveway if that is an issue for your property.
Love these ideas! I have the sign too and if guests tell me they're coming for something particular, I include it on the sign. Examples: Happy Babymoon/Birthday/Anniversary!

Thanks so much for watching! I purchased mine quite some time ago likely from a random outlet store. But you can find many similar affordable ones on Amazon or Google, search “letter board”. Or “marquee board”, I use those as well! Hope this helps 💕
