All great tips! The only thing I do different is if a bedroom can fit 2 guests in it then I add 2 luggage racks to it not just 1. Both guests are going to have their own luggage so I want them to each have their own luggage rack to use.

Great list! Some seem obvious but, newcomers may miss them. That above ground pool is the junk! Better than listing a HOT tub in warmer climates. The “instagram moment” is a great expression to conjure up ideas. You know what, I’m going to subscribe!😎
Your first tip is pretty amazing. A bit mine blowning actually. I’ve never thought of this but it makes perfect sense for this generation that lives off of social media.
Not gonna lie, I myself have unconsciously done this while I’m looking at AirBnBs. Spent an entire evening looking at Airbnbs for a Cancun trip next month and a lot of the conversation was “ooo this looks nice”.
