how can I find out if my cell phones are compatable?
Hi there, typically any and ALL Android OS or iOS/iPhone cell phones are compatible, assuming whatever you have isn't like a super duper old model Android or iPhone. Most all mobile apps with Zoom Phone & their competitors will work on anything Android or iOS based, MEANING it has access to the Apple or Google Play store. Anything outside of that, I doubt it will work because it wouldn't be possible to download and install the app. I hope that helps and thanks for watching. 😊

Zoom phone is a miserable service. Call quality is horrendous.
While ZOOM is many things but "the greatest", and has many obvious flaws we can point out, internally here at RTG and also with many of our clients who use it, the call quality (as I've said in many many videos) is as good as your network. If you're having serious call quality issues, I would investigate the quality or stability of your internet and also check certain router settings that may be blocking or affecting VOIP data packets. 9.5x out of 10 when someone is having QOS issues with ANY cloud based phone service provider, the issue isn't the provider; it's caused by something on your network; IE. router, internet, LAN problems. Can it be any worse than nextiva? Their phone app is garbage. I am driving, missing a call, not only do I not see who called for about 10 minutes, it goes straight to VM> Any suggestions on Dial Pad or any others, except Ring Central, which is also garbage. If only googel voice showed the company name, I would stick with them@@RichTechnologyGroup
Just saw a video that said you were no longer recommending Zoom Phone. Business can't go back and forth with their decision, so why are you. Totally flakey
Here's a thought: (read carefully please) If you are saying you saw a thumbnail from literally "years ago" that says why we didn't recommend Zoom, at the time, then you saw a newer video that's "years newer" saying why we are recommending them again; instead of making an assumption that we are scammers or "flaky" why not simply ACTUALLY WATCH the newer video FIRST where we literally explain WHY we recommend them now, that also describes what changes Zoom has made over that past more than a year, even after we talked directly with their CFO, years ago, who wanted to hear why we were unhappy. I'm not trying to be a jerk, not at all... we love our viewers and welcome constructive criticism, but it is absolutely ridiculous to see 2 conflicting thumbnails/titles and simply assume you understand the why or reasoning behind the two variations just from an image. Watch the video. Everything is explained in the video. We have much better things to do than put false information out to the public or scam people, but again if you don't watch the videos and you're simply going to draw context from "A THUMBNAIL" having not listened to the actual message... well I guess I can't stop you from having an opinion, even if you won't listen to the actual facts and discussion of the very thing you're questioning. Your analogy is like saying, "Consumer Reviews said Tesla is not a good buy because of recall issues, but now 2-3 years later they are saying Tesla is a great buy after fixing their recall problems... Therefore, consumer reviews must be flaky.
