I was thinking the same thing. It seems strange that he is supporting dialpad without addressing Google Voice since he is very pro-google. Almost feels like a commercial.

We've got other videos up on Google Voice :) Great product though Dialpad is much more sophisticated for UCAAS hence we promote it harder

Although Dialpad served its purpose, we made the decision to switch to Thirdlane because of its multi-tenancy.
