Catching lots of BIG yabbies. The best yabbying session that I have had for a very long time

  • This was easily the BEST yabbying session that I have had in recent years, and easily one of the best that I can remember. Not since my aunty sold her farm have I experienced such a great combination of quality AND quantity yabbies.

The reason you pull 'em in quick is so the net doesn't drag on the ground and get hooked on a rock or a branch or fill with mud - more important perhaps in a creek or river to avoid snags.

Hi Richard, to be honest I seem to have a lot if reddin off cuts for yabby bait. Occasionally I will keep a winter carp for cray bait, but I certainly would keep them all. I would need to hire a full cool room for that and would never use it all. LOL
