Tasting notes and review of the Black is Beautiful Stout Recipe from Atlantic Brew Supply. Link to recipe kit: www.atlanticbr... Black is Beautiful Recipe History: blackisbeautif...
Hi Ricky, Love the videos. Spotted you haven’t made content for a little while but it has inspired me to try a reiterated mash. Thank you for your video!
Glad it worked out well. I haven't been drinking a lot of stouts, and never brewed one, but I'm getting more and more interested. How's the alcohol presence in this big beer, is it much noticeable?
In this bet it really isn’t that noticeable. Sometimes with big beers you get that boozy flavor but with this beer it isn’t present at all. I’d say if you make it, don’t add the optional sugar.
Me: finds a good CZcamsr Man I wonder what’s his upload schedule is? “Checks last time he uploaded” Why of course But in all seriousness, hope you're doing good bro, hope to see more videos in the future!
I gotta get my second kegerator back up and running. I don’t currently have the space to age beers. That long. I’ve got a Belgian Quad I’ve been aging and I had to stretch my brewing schedule to the limits to do that.
Brewed this like 3 weeks ago and its already tasting really good! Black is beautiful and black lives matter!!
Wonderful stout, wonderful video, wonderful host. Thank you for sharing.

Dude I was excited about this taste test!
This could become my base recipe for adjunct stouts. You can do so much with it.
Outstanding! I just stumbled onto an amazing Porter recipe. Sounds like a brew-off!

Sounds like a really nice stout. Stout will change a little bit over time as it matures. Cheers

Yea COVID has me in stay at home dad mode. It’s been a wild year but I’ve got my return planned for National Homebrew Day 😁
So excited to brew this! I just got my kit from ABS!
Awesome! Let us know how it turns out.
