I agree with you and I loved my time in Rio. I was there for just three days and I could easily be there for more days. Two hour flight from Iguaçu falls as well.

Puerto Varas de Chile is an amazing city, also loved Puerto Natales a lot.
Viña del Mar en Chile is a great city, too. But a little bit cold in winter :)

@user-gm8uc9fe4p sounds fun! We’ve only been to Puerto Natales, even though Chile is a very beautiful country, to be honest we tried to leave as soon as possible because it was a bit expensive there😅next time!

Hi! we didn't have any problems and the only case we heard about was the poisoning of our friends with ceviche in Colombia.. but I guess you can get lucky or unlucky🤔😊enjoy your travels!☺️

Hi lads, what month were ye at each country? We are planning Ecuador in January and then flying to Brazil and looping from Rio De Janeiro back up to finish in Peru. So hitting alot of wet season Jan - march. Did ye get alot of rain?

Hi, we started in Rio in November and finished in Colombia in April. So we were in Ecuador in February-March and it was pretty rainy/cloudy at most of the attractions we visited, but we still really enjoyed it😊at all other places it wasn’t too bad as we were visiting during the peak season or the beginning of a rainy season... Just try to embrace it or spend more time at certain places you really want to visit to make sure you get good weather.
