woow memories! I was in South America 1 year ago.. for me it is the most beautiful and diverse continent in the world, I remember traveling through the mountains of Peru and then reaching the Peruvian jungle to live the experience of ayahuasca, Peru is the country of origin, It was something important in my life. amazing video!! thanks
🙌💪🏻
What month were you in Peru? Do you think December is ok?
Thanks to the USA, who thinks they have the right to call them selves they say we SA are a different continent! We are one, there is only one America not two and we are Americans just like you! We are one continent, N, C, S, is only so we know what part of America we are talking about. 🫥
I just found your channel! Absolutely love the way you two put these videos together and your very relatable and enthusiastic passion for travel and the adventures you take us on. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant as usual guys 🔥 Few spots added to our bucket list 🔜✈️💚
Cheers! ❤️
Great video guys! I visited Peru before the pandemic and dream of returning again! It has the best places in South America, "Sierra del Divisor" a little explored site that is fascinating!
it is a pyramid-shaped mountain in the middle of the Peruvian jungle, the locals are very friendly, the Peruvian jungle covers almost the entire country, very beautiful jungle places.
Peru, I will be silent!
Amazing video, keep doing what your doing. These videos are great to watch🙂
Thanks a lot☺️😍

I’m addicted to your videos! Loved this video and esp since you covered gems like Iberia which I’d never heard of, but is surely on my list now!
That’s so nice to hear, thanks so much! ☺️ We’ll have a new video very soon 😁
You actually never heard of Spain and Portugal? That is Iberia. 🤔
Excellent impressions of your journey ..... many thanks !

Good to know, that was the plan haha 😅☺️
Great post. Thank you
☺️❤️
You were in Buenos Aires for One of the most historical events of the country. I (Argentine) celebrated with my Argentine community in Phoenix, Arizona
It was such a unique experience 😍💙🇦🇷
thanks for the video. I recommend visiting Peru my favorite country in South America! Peru is great for hiking. The Andes have a major cultural importance and that feels pretty powerful as well. Tons of accessible trails, even beginner mountain climbing is possible in the region and of course extended overnight hiking guided or on your own are abundant.
Thanks ☺️We sure will one day😍
I love peru
I hate Peru!
excellent video thank you
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Good video guys.. just came back and traded going to Fitz Roy for Bariloche.. views also special. Stay safe
Thanks! Hope you enjoyed it😍
Unreal video!! I wanna take that cable car.!
Thanks a lot! Some day! 😁🚡
Hey guys, great video :)
I am wondering: what equipment are you using for recording these scenery? Thanksss
Thank you! Mainly Canon 90D, Dji Air2s and GoPro Hero 9
I do feel a bit sad that Suriname is not on the list, especially the inland of the country.
Nevertheless this was a very beautiful and inspiring video! Amazing job guys!!! ❤
We didn’t make it to Suriname on this particular trip, maybe next time 😊 Thanks for commenting!
South America is beautiful. I visited the Galapagos Islands and Colombia last year. However you have to be cautious.
For sure! 😊
If you don't mind me asking how much is the galapagos island per day I'm on a budget btw
@@user-rp9rb5bl8j I pre paid. I don't remember it was in 2022.
@Johntziannis3, that goes for everywhere. USA isn't a safe place by a long shot! No pun intended.
@user-rp9rb5bl8j You need to check other CZcamsrs, butbit is expensive. It's well worth it. Remember, most things have to be flown in.
You might have to wait to truely enjoy it.
great video. ty!!! am looking at Buenos aires for sports travel. how's the weather? local travel? airbnb suggestions..tyvm for your passion.
El Chaltén is my favorite too!
Would love to come back some day 😍
Hi have really loved your videos and have been a great guide on what to do. I am planning a five week trip this January what route would you recommend? Where to fly from Dublin to which city to start and then onward?
What would be the top things to do in five weeks?
Should I book internal flights ahead or when we get there?
Should we book Air B nB in advance or as we go?
The Amazon lodge is that a booking we need to do several months out?
Many thanks and happy onwards traveling?
Hi Deirdre! That’s great to hear 😊
We flew from Dublin-Paris-Rio & started our trip from there. It worked out perfectly for us so we’d definitely recommend that 😊
In terms of what to do in 5 weeks… We loved Patagonia but you’d probably need 2 weeks down there. You could then fly to Santiago & make your way to the Atacama desert, then into Bolivia and Peru (we didn’t make it to Peru as we said), but I’m sure you could fly home from Lima 👍🏻 There are tons of ways to do it but that would be one way of seeing quite a lot of our favourites in 5 weeks.
We booked internal flights within South America a few weeks in advance and we were booking Air B&Bs as we went along, maybe 3/4 days or 1 week in advance 👍🏻
Maybe try booking special places like the Amazon lodge a bit further in advance to make sure there is availability 😊 Hope this helps & enjoy your trip!
Just wow
Thanks! ☺️
Nice.
Thanks!☺️
Awesome video! Which company did you do the hang gliding in Rio with?
Thanks a lot! We usually put all the details in the description of full videos☺️This is their What'sApp number +55 21 972012732😊
Torres del Paine will be the always the best one, the 8th wonder of the world ❤
amazing
Thanks☺️
Hola 😊I’m Planning a trip to El Chaltén late November, will there be a lot of snow?
Hey, we are not sure, but we think it might snow there anytime 😊
did you go to Ushuaia and see pingquins on Isla Martillo? that is one of my favourites
Unfortunately it was very windy so we couldn’t go there😒
czcams.com/video/QITjxH48P3c/video.html
I can't help but notice that there is an unusual number of destinations from Ecuador, which is amazing given how small it is compared to other countries in South America.
It’s true! Ecuador is our second favorite country in South America😍
@@SomethingToRemember And your most favorite?
@katiirabbi Argentina ❤️
@@SomethingToRememberIf it's Argentina, then I forgive you! 🇪🇨🤭🇪🇨
Amazing video🎉. Do you plan to make a video about how much it costs to travel South America for 5 months? Or if you could just mention that in a comment, would highly appreciate.
Thanks a lot! This is our next video🙌🏻☺️Hopefully will post it next week👌🏻
Hi both thanks for the great content, it is much appreciated. Just a question on Patagonia - which month did you go in? I am planning to go in mid-late April, would this be ill advised? Just trying to gauge the general weather around that time.
Hi! We were in Patagonia for the first 2/3 weeks of January last year. Not sure about April! Thanks for watching, glad it helped 😊
I also recommend Rainbow Mountain in Peru.
Thank you 😊 We plan on visiting Peru some day! 🇵🇪❤️
Hey guys, we love your video and are planning a trip to South America currently. What months did you visit there? Did you like Patagonia or Atacama best, and why, and how many days did you spend in each?
Thanks! We started in Rio in November and finished in Mexico in June. We really can’t choose between Patagonia and the Atacama as they offer different experiences and would definitely suggest doing both! We spend around 10 days in Patagonia and 3 days in the Atacama. Check out this playlist with all of our South American videos for more tips and details☺️

I'm thinking of Colombia and Peru next month. Will be my first time. Is 2 weeks enough to see what's worth seeing?
It would be really tight to squeeze in both Colombia and Peru in 2 weeks. We’d recommend that you go to Peru this time and go to Colombia and Ecuador on another trip 👍🏻
I hear Russian, I like! I have been taught we are brothers and sisters. Поздрави от България!
Amazing list, a dream journey! Well done!
How much should do you recommend others budget to a similar length trip to South America. Considering taking a career break to go to South America for 4 months but I need to know whether it will be feasible.
Nevermind just seen that you made a video on this topic already haha
😅 Hope it was helpful!
Go to Venezuela and see Angel Falls
Unfortunately it is impossible at the moment
I was going to skip argentina but I guess not in Brazil will be there in 2 weeks
Argentina id our favourite country in SA😊
Which place would you MOST love to see?
Galapagos :-)
@@marcobestagno3089 We’ll be there some day… A little bit out of our budget this time 😆
Wow 💕💓💕
First - welcome home to wet-summer-Ireland!!
Second...I plan to visit it all...from Ecuador where I'll be retiering to in just over 2 years....hopefully with a start of, getting these miners thrown far away from there ..
The Galapagos, the Andes mountains, the Amazonas and "just" Ecuador, will take some months to visit...I just can't wait and, see in your faces the longing for more as well...
Thanks millions for sharing!!
Aw thank you for this nice comment! Ecuador is unreal, enjoy it☺️
@@SomethingToRemember 💖
Great video, but now I cannot decide where to go first! 😂
Hi Alexander! Well, if it helps, we started in Rio and made our way down to Patagonia & then headed up through Chile, Bolivia, had to skip Peru, Ecuador and then Colombia… We think it was an efficient route! Thanks for your comment ☺️
How much did you guys spend per day in patagonia?
Every day was different (some days we were hiking, some days we were travelling, some days we were resting) so it’s really difficult to say. We made a video on Patagonia and included a lot of prices and budgeting tips but it’s impossible to calculate a “cost per day” as no two days were the same. Here’s the link to our video : czcams.com/video/QITjxH48P3c/video.htmlsi=pzzSvQklqWgH-Drr
Why not Kaieteur Falls or anywhere in Guyana? :(
Because we didn’t go to Guyana 😊
@@SomethingToRemember next time maybe?
Yes, we’d love to ☺️🇬🇾
how much was it for the whole trip
We made the whole video about it⬇️
czcams.com/video/uwGZj8GXewc/video.html
But you didnt go to Easter Islands?
No, we did not 😊
@@SomethingToRemember Did you have the feeling of missing that out, cause so many people highly recommend the Easter Island? But it's an additional 5 hours flight one way & think that's full of tourists & quite expensive....I am not so sure what to do.
Yeah, on this trip for us it was too far and too expensive. We’d like to go some day though, I’m sure it’s worth it 😊
I personally know 3 people who were mugged in Rio!! . So although id love to go. Im afraid theres no way until crime is brought under control.
Well, we like to see with our eyes rather than listen with our ears… If you really want to go to Rio, just go and don’t be negligent, it’s an amazing place 👍🏻🇧🇷
You can watch this video, it will make you feel better😅
czcams.com/video/y4vvGAJg7uY/video.html
Oh, like in the USA. Want danger pick a city. 😮
FYI to travelers. What I've learned after going to 24 countries is this. If its on youtube, it's not a hidden gem 😂. The best you can do is try to get there before everyone else or in the low season. You are welcome.
Fair point, but not with our CZcams channel 😌
Jesus saith unto him , I am the way, the truth and the life : no man cometh unto the Father but by me .
Sorry if I have given you trouble .
A video of South America without Peru... ummm
Peru is the cultural mother of South America, half of the continent was part of the great Inca Empire, the landscapes, ruins and natural wonders are at the top of everyone's wish list, the rainbow mountains, the boiling river , Sierra del Divisor, Laguna Peron, unique places in the world. It will be the next time..
Yeah, we know. What’s your point?
I'm going to guess that Mark is a Capricorn and Asya is a Gemini.
Scorpio & Pisces 😊
Fake news, wrong 30 places
Keep spreading your negativity, that’s the spirit ☺️👌
Man, you’re salty 🧂
I would have watched this if you named the places in your chapter selection of the video and not named it "number 29" 🙄 I don't have 27 minutes, I just want to skip to what is relevant.
Then this video is not for you😊
