      This visualization exercise really helped me in a different way. I envisioned a time in the near future where I can gather again with my siblings and nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews where I imagined we created a circle with arms on each others shoulders, with all the little cousins inside the circle, like a joyous celebration of happiness and hugs. It released a lot of anxiety and brought tears. I think a lot of feelings of loneliness and tension were released.
      I found this video extremely helpful and will use it for other challenges as well. It helps get past the current "stuck" moment to help move forward.

    Denis - I have gained some pretty good progress - two weeks with out anxiety attacks and much less symtoms. In your book you mention having to go through depression before getting to the other side of this process. I have touched with emptiness and sadness as these anxiety layers are slowly shed.

    I am facing going through a benzo withdrawal and know it is not going to be easy. I am highly med sensitive and on a very high dose. I need to know how to face all the symptoms. I’m trying to go through the future experience with a positive attitude but feeling very fearful.

    This cant work for my situation as it involves another person. I cannot imagine best case scenario because it is what I want and not in any way not what I can control. Best case scenario is what I want, it’s what I was living before the realization it might not be
it’s causing me panic and anxiety but it nothing I can manifest my way out of.
