Without relay? Or without proper circuit? Its very dangerous, its practically sort circuiting, you are lucky nothing happened to you. Don't make such videos if you don't know anything about electronics. its a suicide project.

The battery in your link costs $2500. Why did you choose that one and do you think most of us can afford this? It has 9miliohms resistance which means it has 1,300 amps and 12 volts. The high amps makes it good for spot welding but again, we can't afford that which makes this video a thumbs down to me. If you have a counterargument please update. Thank you
