Glad that you're back again!!!
😊
I have done about 50% of building a spot welder from oven transformer. Output test about 3.6v. I think it take me a day for all. Thank you so much
Зачем ты это сюда написал?!
@@villishon8921I was learning to do the first microwave transformer spot welder when I wrote it. Now my project have done and it work really well.
Nice tutorial for diy spot welder. It is a clear and full video. Your skill is very well.
excelente trabajo, muy bien hecho gracias por ello desde España
This project is very good!
Great work!
Nice technique for making the electrode clamps.
Very interesting. Thank so much !
The value of these videos is priceless. Thank you so much for making such detailed tutorials! Next, can you make a video on how to make a Flux Capacitor for a Delorean? 😄
Just retrofit a continuum transfunctioner if you have one kickin about.
O'Reilly Auto Parts Part # 121g
Apne bhaut accha device banye hai. I like your work🎉🎉🎉
you did a clean job👌
C’est formidable 👍
Excellent, all the best and keep it up....
Your work is so clean...❤
I made the same thing, with the same module in my channel. It worked 😊
Nice video, thanks :)
Thanks, very good 👌
OK thanks for sharing your project, I have the parts and prepared my transformer so IU will built it tomorrow.
How is your welder working?
I like this video thank you for sharing it to view and i wish your channel more successful
excellent job. thanks to share your idea...
i've been subbed for quite a while, always love seeing these really interesting and impressive videos, dude.
Son muy interesante y se aprende mucho
Obrigado pela dica!
Sehr gut!
Good work
Hej kolego , skąd masz projekt timer dla tej zgrzewarki?
quick question, the cable that you used in the secondary winding, I noticed toy used 2 core of that size cable, can you tell me what sort of current you were expecting to get out of that transformer and what voltage, and since you used that size cable why did you reduce it in the size that went to the welding tip
C’est très bien 👍👏
Although I am fine with soldering my 18650 or using a holder for it. However I am impressed with the way, you have built the spot welder. Kudos.
i soldered batteries too, and no problems(i corrected myself)
Very bad idea to solder directly onto Lithium batteries!
The heat can melt/damage the insulating separator foil inside the cell, as well as boiling the electrolyte and causing venting from over-pressure.
It's OK to solder (quickly) onto welded tabs already on the battery. However, the casing of the battery is a huge heatsink so you need to dwell a long time to get enough heat for solder to melt. This causes the damage to the cell.
Much better to spot weld on bare (new) cells because the duration is far shorter, so less heat gets inside the battery cell.
@@makantahi3731- do you weld or solder? They are two completely different things, and the OP was talking about soldering.
@@johncoops6897 i soldered many 18650 lion batteries and no problem
Hello brother plz send the board buying link thank u
Buen trabajo 👍
Hello. What size is copper round for soldering? 3 or 4mm?!Cheers
Amazing well done that works perfect. I saw some coments asking for the size of electrodes, this is not a welding machine this is spot welding no needs electrodes
It indeed has electrodes. Check this effect you have: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning%E2%80%93Kruger_effect
wao thank you for providing value
That Good and Number one for you ❤❤❤❤
Good job
Verry good..
super good...put good rubber handle, gloves too...safety first.....
Very good
I like your video
Channel ka name dekha to nostalgia aa gya ..5 saal pehle video dekha krta tha
GOOD ONE
if you put a coil with 2-3 turns on the end it could also double up as an induction heater
how many volts and amps. the adaptor powering the trigger circuit?
Awesome
Thanks for the video. There was just one detail missing. You need to make a jumper between GND and GND_T. Other than that, it's a great project.
What gauge of wire has been used at the secundaire part of the transformer, how much "VA" was the transformer? What voltage comes out at the secundaire side? Very nice for a hobbyist, many questions for profecional technician!
top exelente maravinha
GOOD WORK I HAD YOUR DIY INOVETION ARE IMPROVED
Thanks bhai
Hello! Thank you for the video. But I don’t understand where to buy such a control board! Nothing on the website is clear at all.
Bhai iss machine ko kya baad me as arc welding machine use kar sakte hai kya
I like the way you built the handpiece, though I am not sure how long copper would last, perhaps Tungsten or Beryllium-copper instead?
Would you also share the board desing, please?
Very good video Tapendra bhai. nice project. How much will it cost ? can you give an approximate budget?
Can you post a link to the timer circuit?
Hello! Thanks for this vidéo i will try it this week 👍 so what section of câble you use, is it 25mm2 ?
perfect
Cool
Hello, what is the reference of the timing module, or characteristics to request, thank you
Hay đó bạn
крутая вещь!!!! только если есть все комплектующие))))!!один трансформатор может стоить очень дорого))))!!! а так все классно сделано!!!
please what are the sizes of wire and fuse rating you used in the video
What are the copper plates glued to?
Parabéns.
Good ❤👍
Muito bom ,
Whats the settings for timer delay relay module?
❤❤❤ God bless you
Excelente... Por acá un nuevo suscriptor
Bel video ben fatto ma per il materiale mi fai sapere dove acquistarlo grazie.
These guys can just summon huge amounts of copper from nowhere
good
Very good work and perfectly explained. Just let me know the size of the cables used and if instead of the timer is possible to install just a trigger. Three seconds could be as well be counted mentally. No words were needed. Thank you. I did subscribe
Bylo nastaveno 0,3 vteřiny. Za tři vteřiny by akumulátor explodoval.
he didnt fkin explain anything. might as well have videotaped a blank screen
Please, share PCB circuit. Thanks.
sir, do I replace the tranformer 10 a ,that's what I have at home
Благодарю!
Bro finally remebered he has a youtube channel.
Esses transformador tem uma amperagem alta .
Eu também faço projetos com esses transformador
friend, beautiful work, I'm trying to make one like it, a question, you bent the wire 10mm and gave 3 turns in the transformer? right?
50 мм
good ...
Good
could you please upload its wiring diagram, specially input and output
Lze modul objednat na webových stránkách?
A warning about How to discharg the capacitor Would of been good
I want to know how much watt input that you used?
Master
What section do you use
Dear engineer, thank you for sharing video,I wanted to know the spot welding transformator input is 12 volt DC current or 220 city AC current?
AC in AC out
what kind of cable is that black cable please
Could you please provide a link to the electronic part that connects to the microwave adapter?
Timer delay circuit
Cuál es la tarjeta controladora que está usando?
Good project. Could you give me the purchase link of the timer please ?
Have a close look @ the timer and you see HW 521. Google it and you'll find.
Search the usual online markets. They are widely available, and there are only a small number of models I total. The ones with Blue LCD screen and 100A SCR are the best ones, as they offer dual-pulse with duration setting for both Pre (cleans the surfaces) and Main pulse.
Привет! А есть такие контроллеры времени на АлиЭкспресс? Как их найти там? 😊
Very interesting & impressive work, keep doing it bro
you do not use physic's at all, as this will not work due oms law.
I don't understand one thing. That card is programmed at 0.5 seconds for example. If I keep the button pressed for longer than the set time, does the card disconnect anyway? Because I have another timed relay, but if you keep the button pressed the contact remains closed, even after the set time.
where to buy timer module?
The only issue in this tutorial was using small wires. The timer board is an optional and it is good to have one if preferred.
What that switch for timer?
You made a mistake in executing the welder machine.
(I made the same mistake.)
The red and black wire are very thin and reduce your current from the transformer .
That's why the weld is weak.
Double those wires and you'll get a strong weld .
Yesterday I made a video demonstrating this. (this mistake.)
I put a 6 mm wire in the transformer, and at the output I have over 600 A .
But since I put 30 cm of 3 mm wire, the current dropped to 350 A.
I will upload the demo clip next week .
Video
there will be some loss in the high temp silicone wire, but its not much, the cable thats in the transformer is doubled up and thicker so it should be fine. if they used the red and black cable inside the transformer then you would be correct
Good morning sir, how will get it
Thicker and more winding amplifier current
Can you add size of the copper to the description? Thank you! :D
