A Quick Chocolate Cake Topping...

How to make frosting without butter.
This is a very simple and easy recipe.
With just two ingredients, you can add a beautifully chocolaty topping to any cake.
Tony's chocolate is a little more expensive, and the reason for this is they make sure that the cocoa chain of their chocolate production is equally valued at each level.

Ingredients
100g chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil
Method
1) Chop the chocolate, add the coconut oil
2) Microwave and stir
3) Leave for 2 mins to thicken a little
4) Pour over your cake
