Ingredients
260g choc fudge brownie mix
210g devils food chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
150ml water
120ml veg oil
30g sour cream
150g choc chips
Orange Curd to fill (Link: • The Very Best Homemade... )
Chocolate Topping (Link: • A Quick Chocolate Cake... )
Chocolate orange slices to decorate
Method
1) Preheat oven Gas 4/ 180°C or 350°F
2) Sieve 260g choc fudge brownie mix and 210g devils food chocolate cake mix
into a mixing bowl
3) Add 2 eggs, 150ml water, 120ml veg oil and 30g sour cream. Mix well for 2 mins with an electric mixer
4) Stir in 150g chocolate chips
5) Line the base of an 8inch, cake tin with baking paper and butter the sides
6) Bake for 55 mins or until a skewer comes out clean
7) Cool completely
8) Use a small knife to loosen the edges and remove from the tin
9) Cut into 2 layers and fill with orange curd. Top with Chocolate Topping and decorate with Chocolate Orange Slices
