Eli, you may want to clear up the difference between IaaS (from the SPI framework) and Cloud Networking. Also Haas (Hardware-as-a-service) can include networking functions.

It is best to use a personal WIFI portable device. It is not free and there is an monthly subscription fee but it is secure for VPN and internet access. Also, the advantage of using it anywhere and not limited to WiFI hotspots. Then, connecting to VPN and doing cloud computing will be very safe. Your company should be able to loan you such a device and pay for the subscriptions. :-)

Is VPN the backbone of a cloud network?
can say that or to put it in other words encryption is the backbone, basically any service like https / SOAP provide a way to include encryption as a part so that data is hard to be de-crypted , however we might say that NO network is 100% safe/. protocols may use VPN or aspects that VPNs use , say , Soap includes VPN as a layer .
Cloud computing is the best technology.

Businesses that create (ai SDK's) (software development kits) should have to include in their terms of agreement and terms of use and read me first documentation a ("DO NO HARM STATEMENT AND POLICY" to the purchaser or user especially Open Source platforms) and the punishments for the violations if not adhered to and those purchasing and / or using the ai sdk's should have to register with a federal authority.

Since when having a certification makes you "know" something. A certification is just that, a paper, it doesn't prove anything, it doesn't mean anything. Surely we all get those for non technicall people (as in, non engineers, non technicians, you get it) to hire us, since it's faster and easier than teaching them what we can do, but then again, since certifications are easely obtained by everyone who reads one of the so-called "official certification guide" these doesn't prove anything at all.

This guy is not a IT guy at all. He just collects the information and present it as their own. A person who needs attention, or who always want his own TV show. Do you notice how he looks at the camera? Hey guy who know everything can you show your IT certifications or something like that?
If you access a VPN server from a wifi hotspot, someone who's monitoring traffic can see your credentials that you use to log into the VPN server, before encryption takes place. Fucking weak spots.
