- So lately I've been wondering "How many locs DO I have?" due to so many requests from my lovely viewers. So ... I made a video! lol I had fun with this one (mostly because of all the crazy captions of my thoughts that I added 😂), and I feel some sort of relief to finally know my loc count, you know what I mean?

35 is a good number. I have 37 and soooo very happy. I just did my first twist after the starter/crochet phase. I bypassed the starter or baby stage. This is my 2nd journey. I had close to 100, smaller locs before and was mad I had to retwist, etc. I aimed for 40 and got 37 and can't be happier. Good job sis

I can't even tell you how much this video blessed my life. The scriptures from Paul ... Wow... point blank! And the remembrance that if The Most High loves me so deeply, how can I not love me! I also did a lot of research (and watched a lot of CZcams videos) on Coach Gessie and the two doctors she partners with. I was diagnosed with fibroids when I found out I was expecting my little Prince, and was in severe pain during and even afterward. I was desperate to find some sort of relief that wasn't surgery, and the water fast really helped (I just need to do better with the daily diet now 🥴).
There's also an app called "Detox Living" I downloaded and there were other people doing the fast that encouraged me as I encouraged them along the way.
The group has a lot of people with certain health issues that are reversed and healed/improved after following the certain regimens provided (this is how I got into it) ... but there's also others just wanting to detox and kick start things for healthier living and to feel better.

I understand sis, Im also a single mother of 2. Sometimes it feels like life is getting to us but we should never forget our power. When we have a lot to deal with and we’re not able to do the things we want, just know that also that is ok. Its okay to rest. And you’re exactly where you need to be right now.
