  • So I thought it would be awesome to rock work boots and a bandana like my buddy Big RON from the Gym & team up together to deliver an EPIC Redneck Leg Demolition! Please Enjoy The Motivational/Comedic Leg Routine. ps. Let me know if your Redneck enough to do this routine Hard!!!
    Full Routine:
    Squats - 4 Sets of 12,10,8,6 reps (increase weight each set)
    Calf Raises - 4 Sets of 30 slow reps followed by 30 fast reps
    Leg Press - 4 Sets of 12,10,8,6 reps (increase weight each set)
    Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 4 Sets of 12,10,8,6 reps (increase weight each set)

    ey man quick question .. im 15 yrs old , 6' 00'' and 132 pounds .. is it bad starting drinking proteins at this age ?
